Tech-Nic saved our e-bike
Tech-Nic saved our e-bike from being scrapped. Battery fixed with some new cells and now back on the road and working again.
Helpful throughout with regular updates on our order.

Fairly happy
Fairly happy. Great service, very thourough and trustworthy but only £100 cheaper than buying a new battery. Battery was in pretty good shape and only needed minor work so I'm not sure it would be worth it with a significantly degraded battery. Thank you though.

Sent two e-bike batteries for diagnosis and repair. Whole process from initial enquiry to receiving repaired batteries completed in under two weeks including collection and delivery.

New battery for Swytch gen 2
I ordered a new battery for my Swytch gen 2. It seemed at the high end of the price scale, but the service was excellent with very good communication. When the battery arrived it appeared to be new rather than refurbished. It has fully lived up to is capacity specification in comparison with the original batteries from Swytch. This has revitalised a system that until I found this company was unusable. Swytch themselves offered no service.

excellent service e bike back on road original supplier Spart said they could fix battery or supply a new one leaving me to buy a bike which I didnt do and thanks to TECH NIC FOR repairing my original battery

Great experience and very helpful all…
Great experience and very helpful all the way through the process from explaining, diagnostic checks and advising the cost to repair our battery which we couldn’t replace as it was too old. It took less than a week to receive the battery back so looking forward to trying it out.
