Came earlier than expected
Came earlier than expected. I also was worrying because of bad reviews, but to be fair it was only couple of them. The laptop came in with a 85% of battery, mark-less and in perfect condition. They even put an original apple charger(which I did not expect). Definitely 10 out of 10 for service and condition!

Computer did not turn on
I bought a good computer in excellent state but when the computer arrived it would not turn on. There is no customer service support at the other end; you sent an email and they respond in one business day. Nowadays there is a whattapp service or something especially for a newly acquired computer that doesn’t fire up. Does Backmarket not check the computers before sending them to clients. I just posted it back and awaiting full refund. Let’s see.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Elena, and I’m sorry for the disappointment you experienced with your order. We fully understand how frustrating it is when a device doesn’t power on straight away. All units are tested before dispatch, so clearly this one fell short of our standards.
As the purchase was made through Back Market, all communication is handled via their platform, which can add a short delay to responses. We always reply as soon as Back Market forwards the message to us, and we’re working to keep this as smooth as possible.
I can see you have opened a return so we will process the refund promptly.

Exceptional delivery experience
I was genuinely impressed by how fast the delivery was — my parcel arrived in less than 48 hours! The communication throughout the process was clear and consistent, with regular updates that reassured me I’d chosen the right service. Even if you happen to miss the home delivery, they make it incredibly convenient by sending your package to a nearby store for easy pickup. The parcel arrived in a sturdy, protective case, ensuring everything was perfectly safe and intact.
Tec-it-out truly sets the standard for reliable and efficient delivery — definitely my go-to choice!

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. When your laptop was first returned to us, we found that it had simply entered sleep mode - we resolved this and carried out multiple tests to ensure it was fully operational before sending it back.
After you reported the same issue again, we acted quickly to collect the device to save you any further inconvenience. Once we received it, we processed a full refund straight away.
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry for the frustration this situation caused.
