Fast dispatch, excellent packaging, and a clean, fully functional HP ZBook
I ordered an HP ZBook 17 G5 from Tec-it-out and my experience was very positive.
The order was shipped the same day, which I really appreciated. I was a bit worried about shipping due to the large 17.3-inch screen, but it arrived securely packed in protective bubble packaging, so it felt well protected in transit.
The laptop itself was fully functional and exactly as described in the listing. It’s a clean machine and everything has been working properly so far. Overall, a smooth purchase and I’d be happy to buy from them again.

I was skeptics at first to order a refurbished PC, however the experience and the laptop was simply superb! I ordered it on the 17/01 and it was delivered on 20/01.
So far the product looks better than described. The keys look they haven’t been used and all the features are as described. What more do you want.
Excellent and highly recommended.

Dell laptop was in tip top condition…
Dell laptop was in tip top condition and promptly delivered with excellent packaging. All good. However what I received was a US product with a US keyboard so the layout is a bit different and there is no £ sign as standard. Don’t recall this was mentioned in the sales blurb. Not the end of the world but I think it should have been noted so I knew exactly what I was buying. Also some websites from the previous owner were still visible. No private data though but perhaps not as clean as it could have been.

Feedback on a Mac bought last year
I’ve had my M1 MacBook for a year and it’s been superb. Tec-it-out was a little hard to get hold of in the beginning for tech support (I messaged through eBay in the end where I initially bought the Mac), but they did give me exactly the advice I needed when I was having keyboard issues.
Today, the same morning I discovered the Mac wouldn’t switch on, I also learnt that the warranty has just expired. The battery charging icon has now appeared thankfully, but I’m hoping this isn’t signalling a cut-off point for the Mac’s sustainability post-warranty.
Putting that on here just in case!

We’re really pleased to hear your Mac has served you well over the past year and that our advice was helpful when you needed support. We’re sorry to hear about the concern you had with it not switching on, especially so close to the warranty expiry. It’s good news that the charging icon has now appeared, and hope all is well from now.
