Fabulous service and wonderful selection of teas!
We first bought tea from Tea2you after visiting their tea shop in Borough Market and when we discovered them online we were so happy! The online service is amazing - not only was delivery fast but the range of teas is incredible. I was thrilled to find a handwritten note inside our tea delivery, along with a sample of tea we hadn’t tried before - what a bonus! Customer service and the quality of the tea is why we won’t buy our teas anywhere else. Thanks for such an amazing service!

Shipping was not free, a cost of 5,8 euro to get from post-office, (plus 9 euro of customs charges).

Our sincerest apologies. We do prepay customs for most EU countries, however we are unable to pay through our courier for Italy. As far as the post office cost, that is unusual as we have already paid a shipping charge. We have raised the issue with Royal Mail to try and figure out what's happened. Due to Brexit and changing rules it has been notoriously difficult to ship to Italy and we are doing our best to stop our customers from paying extra fees.

This is my second time ordering from this lovely tea shop. I love the website, the ease of ordering and the prompt delivery. My parcel arrived today and I was eager to taste my favourite tea again. However, I stumbled across a handwritten note and a sample package with a recommendation on, so my favourite tea had to wait while I sampled this new gem I had been gifted. I have learned many interesting things about tea. The tasting session was also engaging, as we got to guess different teas and herbal infusions. It was truly fascinating. They are really kind and enaging.

This tea is truly amazing. I love how simple they have made drinking a loose leaf tea. I simply put the leaves in, they sink to the bottom, and I have 100% fresh tea.

Interesting, tasty but noisy
The teas are lovely and the tasting experience (7 teas) was very nice. We learned a lot. The downside is, the shop space is very small (just big enough for maybe 4 people max). And the session runs at the end of the day when the market is being shut up and cleaned. So the floor cleaning machines were running just outside which made it very noisy. Running this session in a space away from the shop floor where perhaps you can sit and be a bit more comfortable would make it better overall. But we enjoyed the teas and will be back to buy more!

Packaging problem
The service and product are good. But my order was delayed because the Royal Mail could not deliver because it was in a box which would not go through my letterbox. It was only an 80 gram item which could have gone into a padded envelop. Instead it was in a box about 9 inches square. A waste of packaging and it caused me unnecessary inconvenience Tom Jupp

I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused. We ususally pack our Darjeeling 2nd Flush in a box to avoid the delicate leaves being crushed by Royal Mail. I am aware however that you are a regular customer and normally recieve your tea in a padded envelope. Going forward, I will make sure your orders are always in an envelope.

Only ever buy my masala chai from you it's the best haven't found any other brand that compares in flavour. Always bulk buy as I hate running out!!

My Teas arrived promptly and am already enjoying the Detox tea which is one of my favourites! I also ordered more new teas I have not ordered before and can’t wait to have so many enjoyable cups of exotic tea.
