Great product with even better customer service! I will never go anywhere else for performance parts in Canada

Great website, easy to navigate. A quick & seamless experience. Hey Now!

Je n étais pas capable d avoir cette pièce nul part

Excellent shopping experience. Great price and product arrived in a timely manner. Very smooth transaction. Zero issues and reliable retailer

Bought some Husky's mat for my truck. Husky's site was praising a perfect fit which was far from it. TDot took them back and refunded me in total so I can't complain the overall experience. Only thing that was questionable was the shipping time which took 6 weeks to arrive.

I add a problem with my service and I have call the service and the resolve the problem with me. Super professional and polite.

Ok my first order with a TDot did not go great. I ordered a Sprint Booster and AEM intake for my Lexus ES. The sprint booster arrived inn3 days after ordering but the intake I never even received a tracking number for even after 12 days or making the order. I called and emailed Tdot multiple times with no response at all.

Finally I managed to call their hotline after waiting 30 minutes they said they would refund me for the intake which they did.

Patrick from TDot did get in touch with me about my negative experience and offered to help me with my next order if l would give TDot another chance. This time he actually went through each of the items I wanted and told me about whether they were in stock and potential lead times for getting them.

So TDot is actually capable of good customer communication and support. It’s a pity that I had to go through such a bad experience before I was treated right by TDot. I still haven’t made my second order yet but I’d say the communication from Patrick and his team so far indicates that second time around the experience will be much better.

2021 f150 air intake, worst company I have ever bought from. Ordered an intake, came in with no air filter cost 686.79,made a ticket. Took 3 weeks to get fixed then another 1.5 weeks and waiting for the filter to install the air intake on my truck. Better go to flowmaster or k&n instead of this U.S.A COMPANY.

I placed a hood protector back order for my 26 Forester, due to manufacturer issue and I got refund from TDOT Performance finally. Process is smooth and not the same as other customers mentioned before . Appreciate Donna quick response and follow up！ Good experience with TDOT.

I had an issue with my previous order and their Training & Development Manager - Luke was going above and beyond assisting me to rectify the issue. Although I haven't received the tires but Luke was able to reverse my negative perception of this company. So I couldn't wait but gave Luke a 5 star just for his service. So if you had an issue with your order, don't hesitate to follow up with their customer service team, and you may be impressed just like I did. Thanks Luke!

I ordered a set of wheels and the team was great navigating the lead time. Good business

bought parts in june 8 , it is now aug 20th and nothing from them. They dont answer emails and costumer service keeps on with the same garbage will " will send a tracking number when available"

The product they sent me was perfect and fast. Customer service was great.

Very disappointed with the delivery delay. My order has taken far too long to arrive, and camping season is almost over. I ordered this expecting to receive it in time to use it this season, but the delay has made that uncertain.

I recently placed an order for a set of H&R Trak+ DRA Series Wheel Spacers (#1000738358) with TDOT Performance. Because it was a special order item with a backorder timeline and a strict manufacturer return policy, their team reached out directly to make sure I was completely aware of the ETA and terms before officially placing the order with their supplier.
I really appreciate the transparency and clear communication upfront rather than just processing it without notice. Excellent service and support so far—looking forward to receiving the parts!

My order went through fast. It is nice to deal with a great company; it was so easy. I would recommend your service to my Friends.

I wasted both time and money. Dozens of emails, spaced more than 24 hours apart. There was always some verification required or a wait for a response from the supplier, because Tdotperformance has absolutely nothing in stock—it’s strictly a sales site.
I still haven't received anything, and there’s been no refund to my card.

I was told it would take 20-25 business days to get a gauge from the US. I valled the manufacturer and had it delivered to my door in less than 4 days. That item arrived before a sending unit I ordered from Tdot that was apparently in stock.
