The worst place to order anything they…
If you want a headache and stressful experience go ahead and order from tdot!! If it shows instock and ready to ship lol. Good luck they do the bait and switch. I had to request 6 times for a refund. No one picks up the toll free line, your on hold for Hrs. Emailings requesting to cancel go on for days it took me a week to get a refund emailed everyday to request. Buyer be warned. The ceo going to leave a comment to email him.
**get it correct the first time with in stock or out of stock ** and email or called within 24hr. If you don’t have it. Wast of my time** I’m surprised tdot still in business ** smh

Hi Nt, We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced with your order and refund. We understand how disappointing it is to place an order showing as in stock, only to experience delays and have to follow up multiple times for a cancellation and refund.
We take your feedback regarding inventory accuracy and timely communication seriously, and we apologize that we did not provide the level of service you expected.
I would personally like to work with you to better understand what happened and see how we can address your concerns. Please email me directly at patrickhamilton@tdotperformance.ca, and I would be happy to review your case personally.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to improve.
