Transit Auto K8T-104326 brake pads and rotos was out of stock, on their Web site they don't display instock or out of stock. After placing the order after 24 hours I received an email saying its out of order and had to be on call with customer service and later had to cancel the order. Tdot can display in-stock or out of stock products on their Web site. Now, I have to wait for 5 days approximately to get the refund. This was my first purchase and not satisfied at all with the service.

Wonderful service when I had to cancel my order.
I purchased a product for my car, which had to be specially ordered from a manufacturer. However, when my car was totalled in an accident, I had to then cancel this special order. Tdot was very accommodating and understanding of my situation, which I appreciate so much. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
