I haven't received a response when asking for order updates. I expected to have my package at my door by now but there is still no update. I asked to cancel my order and haven't received a response. I'll have to charge back through my cc so I can order from a retailer who actually has stock

So far not real happy
So far not real happy. The Spec D headlights I really want are not in stock and "MAY" take 35 to 40 days to get back in stock. I'm putting a lot of faith in the "MAY". I put my order in anyway, I guess we'll wait and see. The prices in Canada (even with the coupon and free shipping) are almost double than what I found in the US. If they actually get them for me within 40 days without raising the price, I will change my review.

They had the parts I needed at a competitive price. The ordering process was smooth with many payment options. It took a few days before I got the shipping notice but then it arrived the same day as the notice. The only gripe I have is the search engine found too many options in my case so it was hard to narrow down exactly what I was looking for. I ended up doing a Google search and found exactly what I was looking for on the TDot website, then entered my vehicle to confirm fitment. Compared to my shipping experience with Parts Avatar, this was excellent.

I ordered headers on Sept 7th and got a confirmation e-mail saying everything is good and next day a e-mail telling me they can't get them because i guess you can't sell Hedman Headers but site still shows you still list them .

Drop Shipments
This company is just a drop shipping merchant. They claim to be Canadian but direct ship from companies in the states so if you need to return an item expect to pay $500 shipping, plus duties and insurance.
