They charged me for taillights hood bug deflector and window visors. Except I never received the taillights and they charged me for it. Won't answer phones wont answer emails. This company is a bunch of crooks its been going on for months. The worst customer service ive ever dealt with. Thieves.

Vendre des pieces qui ne sont pas disponible
J'ai effectuer une command des Mag chez TDot en sachant que le distributeur ne l'avez pas mais chez TDot ca indiquer qu'il étais disponible. J'attandu 10 jours et j'appeler deux fois pour me fair demander ce quoi le model de ma voiture. Comme cette information étais déjà fournis je me render conte qu'il voulais étirer le temps et comme de fait il m'ont dit que les mag son indisponible et qu'il son un vaste inventaires comme choix. Pas male comme raiponce. Je demander un reimbursement que je obtenue. La plus par des compagnie font tous pareil, ils vont te vendre un produit meme qu'il ne pas disponible en espèrent que tu prend autres chose .

Very disappointing customer service.
Very disappointing customer service.
TDot Performance charged me for an item that was listed as in stock. They then emailed me saying they could not deliver to a PO box and asked me to reply with a reliable street address. I provided the requested address immediately.
Nearly a week later, I have received no confirmation, no shipping update and no useful response. I have now sent three follow-up emails to two different TDot Performance addresses, and I am still being ignored.
Taking payment is quick, but apparently confirming an address or answering a customer is not. At this point, I simply want to know whether my order is actually being shipped.
I will update this review if TDot Performance finally resolves the situation.

Updateting my review for good follow service
Sometimes it does go as expected.
I purchased on 14 August a hood protector.
Delivery is 10 to 15 business days at time of purchase on their website.
Delivery was included in my purchase price.
Three days later they sent me an email requesting $73.34 plus tax for a delivery fee.
I replied stating that delivery is included on my invoice.
Two days later, I got a confirmation that the delivery would be absorbed by TDot Performance.
Well, the delay just kept getting longer.
Most likely as their distributor didn’t have it in his stock and was requesting a special delivery fee.
T Dot could not get the product in a timely many for logistical reasons and I do understand.
But at the end of the day they worked on follow-ups and acknowledged the problem.
I did get the product but only after having received the same product from another supplier.
They accepted a return and I’m expecting my refund.
