Less than zero. I ordered a bar gold for more than 2 months and one week more than 45 business days and didn’t receive it yet

TD presious metals poor custimer service. Shipping delay, they use your money for 2.5 months without giving you what you bought.
Terrible experience. Never again

The staff has changed at this location. I called to book an appointment to discuss our investments.
I got a young woman who cannot speak English and was very confused, she struggled with what to say and where she worked..
Then she hung up.
I called back - got a man speaking very fast with a very strong South Asian accent. He was difficult to understand and there was a lot of background noise, like he was on a cell phone at home?
These are who we are trusting our investments with? Are they trained in banking? I struggled to understand him, initially getting what he said wrong.. very poor customer service skills.
We are considering changing banks.

La banque m'a fait croire que je pouvais obtenir un prêt résidentiel en faisant des travaux et un coup ces travaux finis me l'a refusé. Le but étant de me laisser avec mon prêt commercial à haut taux d'intérêt de façon à me mener à la faillite. Heureusement Desjardins sont venus me sauver en acceptant de me prêter l'argent sur un prêt résidentiel. Plus jamais TD. Très mal intentionné. Cela fait 10 ans et je n'en reviens pas encore. Dégueulasse.

Extremely bad experience with WebBroker service. Not the 1st time that this happens, I bought a stock with the order going in successfully no issue. Once it reached my sell target profit I click on the sell button & I get a message that the order cannot be processed online requiring to call a representative. As some people know, seconds matter in trading so what if we're talking minutes (while reaching someone to talk to after the verification process, then that person going to ask someone else to review the order then repeating the statement to sell) which could take up to 5 minutes in total. By that time, the stock price had already fallen going to a big loss. I wanted to speak to a manager but the representative mentioned to send an email as he cannot go inside (wherever that is) & letting me speak to someone but I instisted to speak to his manager & eventually he got him on the phone & I explained it all, turns out when someone complains about a stock it's usually when it's related to selling so they flag those for review ... but as traders how can we know? He said to call them & ask before putting the trade, as I said in trading seconds matter so that's such a hassle & waste of time to call to ask so I simply suggested to add a note or flag near the symbol to trade on the broker that be careful this stock is on the flagged list, he'll take my suggestion to the team which we all know the outcome of that when it comes to corporate but anyways let's see ... I'm moving to another broker by the way. I've had enough of this.

TD boosted my unsecured Line of credit by 3% with only a mailed letter that didn't explain why. Ive had thus line of credit for 35 years. This is not only a bad business practice but rude as well. I spoke to my bank manager at the Parry Sound branch and she said she would call me back with options... she never did.
I called again and again she didn't call me back... she's useless as a bank manager... all smiles but useless. I've moved all my banking needs elsewhere.

This has to be the worst bank in Canada not only do they charge their clients stupid unnecessary fees but they also lock your cards for no apparent reason for the last couple days I have not been able to use my card because it keeps saying error and there’s nothing wrong with the card, it works once then stops I called the branch and they told me they can’t do anything about it like wtf

Band customers service specially on Car finance department. Customer representatives name is Maryam she was a bad customer representative.i wouldn't not recommend the TD bank.they are bad.acutally TD bank is worst bank. We thought we gona have second loan for our second car but they dont know how to talk.disrespectfull.they need to learn how to talk.

I placed 10 silver bars on January 27. As of today, I have not received the products, nor have I received any confirmation or update on my shipment

My bank teller was super helpful set up the app for me helped me with my card and showed me what to do

How ever I like and have td accounts since I landed here in Canada. I have very excellent experience with td, but now due to scamming to buy gold through td, I am very unhappy. If any third party use Td name to sale Gold, this is responsibility of TD to fulfill customer delivery on time and take responsibility. I emailed and went physically to Td branch to ask for delay two Gold orders, but they very disappointed me to take responsibility and said this is third party issues.

I haven't got my Tax receipts in time, I had been waiting for one hour on the line to connect with someone in the RRSP section or Investment section. They charge a large monthly charge to maintain my own money but once I try to contact them it takes forever. The customer service is disappointing, statement or tax receipt not available online till 23 of March 2026.

When you encounter professionalism and friendly behaviour you can't but to comment on that . Ms. Haleh, at Shops on Steeles ( Steeles and Don Mills ) was professional and very helpful . It was the third time I visited this branch and the third time i was well received and the job was done perfectly well . my account was checked and various options were offered . There was another cashier ( Souien , i hope i spelled right ) was helpful too Thank you very much . keep it up

Placed orders for silver coins in January and February of 2026 were not shipped and no communication. Looks like a scam. Will have to start investigating.

Venture exchange tickers only working intermittently for the last two days with no updates on the problem, or resolution timeline. Authenticate app still not working after two months. Have to use phone for authentication, which is ok unless your travelling outside of North America.

TD Canada Trust does not take fraud complaints seriously. After 4 decades with this bank, I am moving my accounts to another bank with more integrity and better customer service.

I ordered on January 19th and as of March 3rd, I still haven't received my 20 silver coins! I requested a refund on February 24th, they opened a ticket, but I haven't heard anything since. It smells like a scam. I feel ripped off by them.
