The seller scammed me, he provided an invalid tracking code and I never received the package.

Pacco mai spedito, mai ricevuto notizie. PayPal fortunatamente funziona e sono stato rimborsato immediatamente.

Ho conosciuto il sito tramite e-bay e ho usato quel canale per chiedere informazioni prima di fare l’acquisto direttamente dal loro sito. Sono stati molto disponibili e gentili, oltre che rapidi nelle risposte. La consegna è avvenuta nei tempi indicati da loro in questa conversazione. Mi sono trovata molto bene.

Ho ricevuto oggi il mio pacco, devo dire che tutto è perfetto! Lo staff super disponibile per ogni richiesta 😉 consiglio vivamente per qualità e competitività dei prezzi 😀 5 stelle meritate!

My advice AVOID. Had to raise a PayPal claim to get money back. Asked for refund 14th and 16th June - no reply. PayPal contacted Christian also - no reply to those emails.
Order placed in February for Final Fantasy collectors boxes.
Money was taken but at no point in six months did the account show any order had been placed. Was told 'the order is on hold'. No product ever arrived.
Thankfully, I am a content creator with links to one of the big TCG's so I can warn people to avoid Tcg Market. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Il pacco è stato spedito con qualche giorno di ritardo per sovraccarico di lavoro, ed ho dovuto scrivere più volte al venditore prima di ricevere risposta, ma alla fine è andato tutto bene.
Il venditore mi ha mandato il tracking per e-mail ed il pacco è arrivato integro e correttamente imballato.

Started out as a 1 star review, lack of communication and honestly was looking like a scam, finally got communication, was open about the situation he was in with allocation, managed to get part of my order which was recieved in good time, shame about the lack of other order but happy with the service I recieved with what I got

Cristian did his utmost to help me when they got hit by allocation issues from Hasbro.
I've ordered from the webshop several times and I've been very pleased with their service and quality each time. Will definitely continue buying from here.

Placed preorder in February for the final fantasy mtg set. Contacted the seller on the day of release and he replied ‘We ship Monday probably’, suggesting he had the cards. A week late after contacting him again, said he was refunding me with no explanation. I would say it’s likely he used the money to pay for the stock and with its inflated prices on release, sold them elsewhere for more profit and refunded the difference when he was eventually able to. A horrible greedy person with no moral ethics and should not be able to sell going forward

I preordered an MtG bundle in April. The payment went through but all I got back as a response was that the order was being processed. The release date for the bundle was the 13th of June 2025 and I received no news at all. No updates on my order, no shipping information. I waited for a week then reached out to the seller. I had to do it four times because no response came back. I reached out through the contact form on the official website, through the e-mail on the website, through a DM on Instagram and the Paypal E-Mail address. I finally received a very short response on the 24th: no news and asking if I want a refund. The seller offered no excuses, no explanations. I asked for a refund and received only a partial one. When I asked, why I had to cover the shipping costs if the product wasn't shipped the seller said that the label was already paid and I had to cover it. I asked for proof of a label. I waited for four hours and received no response at all and decided to contact the European Consumer Centre to get more information about the official laws and told the seller that I did. All of a sudden the refund for the shipping costs came in. The whole exchange left a very bad and deceitful taste in my mouth. To all customers: I received a message back from the European Consumer Centre confirming that if the item wasn't shipped, the seller has to refund the shipping costs. Always ask for proof of shipping and if there isn't one ask for the shipping costs to be refunded. And please avoid buying from this seller at all costs.

I pre-ordered a Pokemon display well above market price and then received it without a film. You're being deceived; it's not listed in the offer. I've tried contacting them several times, but no solution has been offered. You should be careful with this Seller.
