Downgraded my service, cost me more money on multiple trips than was discounted, and several items could not be moved due to the downgrade. Will never use this service again and will actively tell people to avoid using the service. Professional movers would have been cheaper, faster, and would not have missed anything.

Kris L was very courteous and professional. His delivery was efficient and quick.

The workers were terific! Inability to directly communicate was horific.

It was awful I got the wrong item delivered so I had to go back and get the closet and bring it to my client which took me all day I actually have sent you an email cause I want my money back but of course in typical Taskrabbit fashion I haven’t heard back from anybody so it sucked the whole thing sucked and I’ll never use your service again

It was a terrible experience. It was promised that there would be two delivery representatives but only one showed up and they still attempted to lift up the very very heavy table and damaged the table and didn’t show any care or responsibility for damaging the table even though he knew it was too heavy to lift. Tried to call in and no one would talk to me about it and said just file a claim and now they say it will take 4 weeks to resolve.

Absolutely horrible service. The worst company and service and communication. Cancelled my move and made me reschedule and miss an entire day of work. Did not let me know until two hours after my scheduled move. Finally time and one mover came. The other one was 3 hours late with absolutely no communication. We’re throwing my stuff around no sense of care and in total I was inconvenienced for over 13 hours this day.

What made my experience great was that my mover was very polite. His communication was on point. They came in with a smile. They spoke that immediately start unloading. They offered to set up with not a problem. I was very comfortable and very satisfied. Excellent service.

Used their services for the first time. I took the day off to accept delivery. Initially booked 12noon to 2 pm delivery time but was later rescheduled to 4 to 6pm. Task rabbit emailed me saying that because of the delay, they will give me $20 discount which I never received. On the positive side their email response is within an hour and they provided me after I asked with their customer service phone number

Couldn’t contact the delivery person until the job was started so left in the shadows just praying everything would work. You guys kept asking me to tip. Idk if I was going to but there was no way in the UX to tip. Also I was getting 3 different text threads for the same job and none of them linked to the job it’s self even though it had actions for me to do.

Two elderlies showed up, unable to lift heavy things and refusing to load the truck, and broke a ton of stuff but due to the claims policy it doesn’t apply to loaders. Bullshit scam.

The mover was great. 5 stars for him. The app, however, wasn't great. It didn't update amd wasn't showing the scheduled task.

I enjoyed the faster delivery option for my Container Store order to help me complete a water leak problem.
And Abel M. delivered the item on time.
Big problem though trying to get a tip to him.
Instructions for doing so were not clear in my case, or alternately, not correct. Hard to tell.
Then I had a many incorrect instructions from support, in which I dealt with 4 different staff, and finally the last person told me tipping Abel M. was now not possible, so the time I spent trying was wasted. No hard feelings though, I'm far from correct at all times.

Too expensive but delivery was performed well and orderly.

My mover was very helpful. He got it done in a timely manner and was willing to help in whatever way.

No one reached out to me to let me know that they were leaving the items on my driveway. Some of the packaging was torn and items were bent too.

asked for tip over and over before delivery. delivered a day late.
