SCAM ALERT-DO NOT USE
After being charged for the move, the drivers never showed up! They claimed they called me several times and waited at the pick up location for 45 minutes. None of this was true. They drivers lied to taskrabbit, who believed every word. Forget about the customer always being right, taskrabbit took their drivers word for it and took my money! Do not use their service, it is a complete scam to take your hard earned money!

They were not careful with our furniture. Scratched walls in our new residence, and our pieces were gouged scratched and chipped.

I liked that the movers were able to…
I liked that the movers were able to get all requested items into the truck I rented. I dislike that the movers couldn’t help take the items off of the truck. Lastly the movers damaged two headboards I have.

Fantastic Team + Experience
Taskrabbit delivery couldn't have made adding new furniture and hauling away old easier.My taskers were above and beyond when it came to their service, patience, and kindness. 10/10 recommend!

The person who did the move was excellent! Polite, kind and very capable.

Delivery of services was not good
1) I expected the person named in the app, Julio C., he was not there, two other people showed up. They were not good at time management nor packing efficiently. I still have more boxes that were never touched.
2) They tried to leave before completion, my larger items were left in the hall but they eventually moved them inside the apartment.
I am extremely unhappy with the amount of items that were moved in a four hour time period. I doubt I would use this app again..
