The filtered water is of very high quality and tastes great.

Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the quality of the water as I am not able to test it, but the quantity and pressure of the filtered water are that of a soft rain for the compact filter. If this important feature had been clearly stated, I would have chosen the bigger filter. The water leaves a yellowish deposit, which I was expecting to eliminate with the filter, but it didn’t. Again, it may be that the bigger filter would have solved that.

I have birds, and whilst I personally don’t mind the taste of tap water or drinking chlorine/fluoride etc (which are safe level of consumptions for humans) overtime the levels in the water and my birds drinking it can damage their kidneys. So I was looking for a bird safe option, but also wanting to be conscious of environmental impact.

The filters last 2-6months depending on the product. I got a tap and they last 2. The casings they come in are made of plastic but thankfully they’re recyclable plastics. The packaging it arrives in was plastic free, using cardboard or paper bags. I was honestly overjoyed.

The filters themselves from the materials used are from my understanding bird safe and non-ionizing (which is another requirement that deterred me from other brands).

Needless to say I am incredibly happy with the company and product.

Me es muy comodo no tener garragas de agua en casa, con el grifo sale agua con buen sabor y tambien libres de metales y productos dañinos. Cuando he tenido que ponerme en contacto con la empresa he sido atendida, educadamente y rapido. No he tenido problemas de comunicación. Llevo varios años con ustedes, y espero muchos mas. Tienen unos productos excelentes en el tratamiento de agua. Tienen un excelente servicio de atención al cliente siempre resolutivos y siempre dispuestos a resolverte cualquier tipo de incidencia o problema. Recomiendo 100% esta empresa dado que las personas que están detrás de la atención al cliente son 100% efectivas y resolutivas.

Llevamos varios años usando estos filtros y estamos muy contentos. Muy buena atención al cliente, cuando se rompe, te lo reemplazan todas las veces que haga falta. Ahora hemos comprado uno para mis suegros, el que es en acero y mejora el sabor del agua todavía más.

Muy contento con el producto, y con su servicio técnico. Llevo usándolo 5 años y me han cambiado el filtro 2 veces de manera gratuita. Le quita el sabor a cloro al agua a parte de otras muchas partículas.

I had been looking for an effective faucet water filter for a long time when I came across Tappwater. I contacted their customer service to double-check the technical details, and I received incredibly fast, professional, and friendly assistance. All my questions were answered thoroughly, and they helped me identify the correct adapter needed based on my photos and descriptions.
The package arrived well-packed and in perfect condition. Since my previous filter was stuck very tightly, I had a maintenance person handle the installation, which went smoothly. The first glass of filtered water was a positive surprise—the water finally tastes fresh and clean, just as it should.
