Their communications are fast and clear - better than most American companies with their response. I had initial concerns because we bought two and the second was still being manufactured, so we received the first and waited for the second. My concern was that we wouldn't receive the second.... I sent an email and they promptly responded with an explanation for the delay. It was sent and through customs in a record amount of time to be delivered in time for my wife's birthday. Great product! My wife received so many compliments on the beauty and quality of the bag.

I have bought two Tang Heritage bags. They are beautiful and gorgeous. They are well crafted. The stitching is impeccable as you expect from an artisan craftsmanship. The quality of the material used is evidently high quality. The style of the begs are conservative but at the same time modern enough to carry them anywhere and basically in any occasion. I’m very happy to have found Tang Heritage which comes with its own original and unique line of quality bags. I’m looking forward to have a new bag soon.

The purse is gorgeous! The quality is top-notch, and it's easy to see a lot of care was given into the making of it. The only thing that wasn't as great was that the twilly it came with had a part where the invisible stitch was coming undone and a hole was opening. I'm going to have to take it somewhere to get it stitched back up, because that's not something I know how to fix.

I don’t even know where to begin. Recently I fell in love with Tang Heritage’s Rei Jade collection and I noticed some of the review had a past rendition of the collection’s bracelet. Lin was extremely helpful and helped me get an old design that’s no longer being sold. The bracelet was extremely beautiful and is a crucial part of my everyday wear. The quality of products that this brand creates is really amazing. I ordered the blue orchid bag a little while ago. I can’t wait to see it in person. I have purchased a few red agate bracelets for myself and my mother. I purchased the Tang 27 Crocodile Embossed Leather bag for my mom’s birthday. It’s really beautiful. I recently got their Tang Gold Song Brocade Bag, offered to me after it's been sold out for months as the person who reserved the piece backed out. I loved how good the colors of the champagne leather and gold-reflective Song Brocade look together, but I do not love the wait time for this bag. Despite the exceptional craftsmanship, I'm not sure if I could be as patient in the future for some of their other bags that have already sold out.
