I have received my absolutely gorgeous dragon brooch today. I am VERY HAPPY with her (has to be a female!), the packaging was very good and she looks fabulous. The quality is great. I can't wait to wear her proudly, as one dragon with another!
I am so pleased that I will check your website more often to see what other treasures you have to tempt me.

I purchased a Jade bangle for my wife (which she loves) and when delivered it was too small. Tang Heritage, responded to my request to replace the bangle for a larger size. Tang Heritage was supportive and efficient in assisting me in obtaining a larger sized Jade bangle.
Tang Heritage communications, service and product is of exceptional quality. I will be buying more products from this company in the future.

I bought 2 bags from Tang Heritage and was extremely happy with both when they arrived.
The bags were lovely, matching their photos perfectly and the quality of the leather and construction was exceptional. The hardware came with protective coverings the handles wrapped for protection to keep them safe. The postage box also came with additional wrapping and protection to protect the bags while in transit.
The unboxing was amazing. The bags both came with their own hard scarlet box, a fabric bag protector satchel and then paperwork including a metal authenticity card. There was also a small lucky charm gift included with both bags.
The delivery was a bit unusual with the bags traveling separately despite being the one order. Unfortunately, the first bag did not have the address printed out correctly and held no name just an Incomplete parcel locker number. Fortunately, the tracking allowed me to know when it arrived and to see where it had been left (inside an apartment building foyer that we are not residents of but where the parcel lockers are situated outside the building). We were able to go and find my package and prove from the tracking number that it was mine. Quite the adventure but I blame the delivery company for this, not the seller although you may want to consider a better courier service in the future.
My second bag was delivered straight to my parcel locker and traveled with Australia Post so this was a lot easier and a lot less stressful.
Overall, these bags are beautiful, more than I was expecting, and I would not hesitate to buy from here again. Next order, I will use a friend with a street address rather than my parcel locker and that will save any delivery issues.
Go ahead, buy a bag, you will love it.

The service rendered by Lin, the Artisan Daughter is truly outstanding. There was some mix up with the the delivery company and she supported me all the way with constant updates. When it is clear that the delivery was taking too long, she offered to resend another bag to me so I do not have to keep waiting or a discount should I wanted to keep on waiting. I opt for the replacement which I received yesterday. This was clearly the delivery service fault but she took steps to render great recovery.
And as for the product, it is exquisite and a work of beauty. Beautifully wrapped in a dust bag and a presentation box. My wife absolutely loved it!!

My very carefully packed bag arrived last week. It is flawless; beautiful leather, amazing stitching and quality hardware. The dyed leather is a rich tone of red, perfect for my fall wardrobe. I like a smaller bag - no more totes for me and this gives me exactly what I need. The sturctured bag comes with a strap giving me two options to wear it. Love this bag!! Quality all the way.

I got the Tang Red 22 Embroidered Phoenix Crown Backpack. It was exactly as shown in the photos. The embroidery threads were nicely done with perfection and the backpack itself was put together nicely.

I’ve used the bag a couple of times now and I really like it. Although it has an opening at the top, nothing will fall out as long as you place your items in the extra velvet bag included with the purchase.

The backpack itself did not have any odor or smell so compared to other leather bags/backpacks I’ve bought online before.

All in all, although the shipping process was a bit long, I am satisfied with this backpack.
