Love knot earrings
Beautiful gift well packaged in the post.The only down side is the earrings fall out of the box when you open it.Maybe package them with holes for earrings to fit into.The box inside was more for a ring.I love them 😍 and have the matching necklace.

Waited a while for this necklace but…
Waited a while for this necklace but post have been on strike so can understand that.
However I'm disappointed with the necklace hence only 2 stars. It is not white gold but a very cheap metal...certainly not worth the £39.99 I paid for it! Was £79.99 I don't think so!! I should have gone to a jewellers would have got a much nicer one for the price. So think the advertising is wrong too!

Customer service is atrocious, and I will NEVER purchase from this unprofessional set up again. Had to open dispute on PayPal, as no recognition from them regarding the issue !!!

Ordered 2 chains as Christmas presents on the 27th November 2022 and still no sign of them. No update on tracking since 1st December 2022. Communication from Will at Talia Rae has gone silent. It was said that they will use FedEx with an express delivery but no surprise that there has been nothing since.

Ordered chains for my daughters on November 30th, 3 weeks later still no sign of them been delivered. Tracked by Royal mail, who say they never received package for delivery. Contacted seller by email, first of all they blamed Royal mail, then said they were going to send by DPD,still didn't receive my order. Last I heard they were going to send by frdex. I asked for a refund, but they stated ignoring my emails. This company are a fraud its a total scam.
