I bought the compass pendant for my son's 30th, with engraving. It looks like a CHEAP version of the one advertised and the engraving is different to the preview. It has scuffs from the tool and a scratch on it. They used the refund policy as excuse for shoddy goods. 1 star too many - disappointment is an understatement!!!

Great product and customer service. This pendant is lovely, the engraving is perfect. My husband never takes it off.
