Refund Request
9th August: Ordered Pillows. Realised my wife had already bought pillows in town that day. Requested cancellation of order & refund via email (as instructed on their website).
Few days later I received an email asking me to confirm that I still wish to cancel order. I responded within the hour.
No replies received from Talatex.
13th August: I receive an email with EVRi tracking info. Tracking states "We're expecting to arrive with us soon".
It's been like that ever since & Talatex are not responding to my emails.
Edit (15 Aug): Finally received an email confirming cancellation & refund for the order. So I guess they have redeemed themselves to an extent.

The Talatex topper brought back the joy of sleeping at my cottage…
I developed a hip problem and sleeping on the very hard mattress at the cottage became virtually impossible. The mattress isn’t old and is still in great shape so I went looking for a topper. After extensive research I took a flyer and went with Talatex. I had found them on Amazon Canada and then again on their own website. Their price was the best and their reviews were good.
All that said - I ordered a three inch, queen size topper. It arrived after about 5-7 days in a box that should not have held the size of a queen topper, but yet it did! We opened it, let it rest for an afternoon and slept on it that night.
Suffice it to say that sleeping has been dreamlike ever since the topper arrived. Seriously - no hip problems or pain with the topper! A tiny bit of rubber-like smell for a few nights but nothing with which to make any issue. Don’t hesitate with these folks - the product has been great so far and the delivery was perfect.
Thank you Talatex for bringing back the joy of my cottage once again…

The comfort is well worth the money!
This Premium Latex Pillow (Talalay Process) from Talatex not only does everything it claims it can do, but it's also the most comfortable pillow I've ever had! I'm a restless back-and-side sleeper and this pillow (medium-soft) reduces my tossing turning, and snoring because it provides excellent spine and neck alignment with zero neck pain, and it sleeps cooler than the memory foam pillows I've used in the past.

They want me to agree to loads of pages going on about its not their fault if my account gets hacked after I sign I agree they are saying something about the chinese government ? all before they will issue a returns label they must be MENTAL I'm going to report the company to Fraud UK avoid them at all costs they keep sending stupid messages their English is rubbish but their so called base is London , update why haven't you done my refund I tracked the return and the item was received by you on the 8/8/2024

Poor customer service
The pillow I received was medium soft . However it is more like a firm pillow and gave me a horrendous headache and neck pain . I have requested an exchange for the soft pillow or a refund but all emails I have sent and online chat have been ignored . Hoping for a response to the review on here

Happy with my new pillow
I purchased an ergonomic, firm pillow but I received a faulty item. Christina from Talatex was very helpful and proactive, she arranged for a new shipment without extra charges.
I received a new one which is very comfortable to me. The first days I found it not enough firm but now it is ok.

Purchased a mattress topper on Amazon from Talatex Home. They were cheaply made and unusable. After returning the item Talatex Home is attempting to avoid refunding the item. Amazon Corporate has been contacted about their shady business practices.

Excellent pillows, but not witout a couple of negatives.
The Transaction & receipt of the 2 Talatex Latex Pillows ordered was fine.
We followed the preparation instructions & have been using the pillows for about a week.
They were significantly firmer than the Dunlowpillow Serenity they replaced, which was a little unsettling for the first couple of nights, but, as expected, it only took a few days to get used to this and we welcomed it.
The only item that bothers us is the comparatively shorter length of these pillows. They are only 60 cm long, while most Standard pillows are 63-64 cm. This makes our pillowcases much looser, especially at the opening.
The length of these pillows, together with the slight preparation inconvenience, are the reasons I have docked a star from the rating. Otherwise they are a very good product.

The pillows are decent but the company is fraudulent, i felt that the pillows are stiff and have been contacting them for returns but have not been responsive. Seems like a bunch of scam artists trying to sell pillows at expensive price.
BEWARE! The pillows are not THAI as advertised fully manufactured and from CHINA!!!!
AVOID at all COSTS!

Appalling customer service. Requested a return as the pillow smelt of chemicals and I got a migraine - very difficult to get a response from them - really unhelpful still trying to get them to agree a refund. Pillow never used - DONT BUY FROM TALATEX

Hello,we have swiftly resolved the issue you brought to our attention.Latex products are plant-based and are made using the sap of a tree. Like many natural products, they have a slight aroma which is pleasant to some and not so much for others. The smell of natural latex is often described as vanilla; this makes sense as many trees and plants have this smell.
Good Quality Pillow & Helpful Service
I purchased a medium soft pillow but found it too firm for me. The company were very helpful & said I could exchange it for a soft pillow. I paid £7 for a return label they’d sent me to send this pillow back & after a few days I received the soft version. I found it to be just right for me - soft but it still had good support and hopefully will last a long time. Thanks for the good customer service.

I ordered two pillows which were on a bundle offer, unfortunately one of the pillows was faulty and looked like a second hand then I requested a refund from the seller and the seller wanted to only refund me for the used pillows, I insisted as the purchase was a bundle offer then I have to send the two pillows together for a full refund.
Talatexhome did only agree to send a free postage label for the second hand pillow, this took about over a fortnight to exchange email and still Talatexhome would not send me a free postage label for the bundle offer. At the end I had to pay £8 postage for the one good pillow, so I will not recommend Talatexhome to anyone to shop. Awful customer service!
