Absolutely appaling company
Absolutely appaling company. Brought a product that was NOT as advertised. They then said i could send it back and they would refund the item and delivery cost, however they didn't! Really bad customer service and appaling product. Avoid at all cost

I purchased 2 pillows and they were very nice quality. Unfortunately they weren’t quite right for us so I returned them. I had some difficulties contacting the company initially. This was due to an email address error on the website. Once this was discovered the company corrected the error and was very helpful in getting my return organised. I would recommend trying their products as they are true to their word in offering a trial.

STAY AWAY! Bad products, broken promises
Being completely ignored. I wish to return a pillow I ordered within the 30 day trail. After countless messages via the chat on their website, three emails and messages on WhatsApp, I have received nothing in response. No customer service to speak of, no phone number to try. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN.

Broken promises of a full refund after trying to get in touch with them. They eventually did after I I got in touch with Klarna and they opened an investigation. They asked me to change this review in return. However, after recieving a "partial" refund even though I have it in writing that any return fees would be waived, it has been made abundantly clear that this company cannot be trusted. The pillow wasn't even that nice! The "firm" choice was flat and flabby. Bad company, bad products, bad promises.
Do not shop here, please heed my review and heed this warning

Sent me the wrong item. Then offered to send me the correct item once I returned the incorrect item. Which would take another week to return and a week to receive. You messed up, you should sent out correct item and trust the incorrect item to be returned.

Was going to order from this company, but sent an email with a query. No response whatsoever a few days later. This made me wonder how the trial period and possible return would work?! I returned the pillow in the Original package at my expense a week ago and still have not received a credit and or any message from this company. They are in California there is no reason for this delay. I just want my money back.i never received a letter either as to what this delay is. I opened the packages layed on it and put it back in the original packaging to return. There should be no delays.

I purchased 2 pillows and a pack of 2 pillowcases and I was afraid their website may be a scam since I never received a confirmation e-mail or anything for my order.
Fortunately, 9 days later I did receive an email from the transporter informing me that it was on the way.
For now I'm totally satisfied with the quality of the pillows and the pillowcases.

Very poorly run company—buyer beware
I have gone through the return process in the way the company directed me, printing out their label, packaging the item carefully, etc. I still have not heard that they received my package 2 weeks later. They do not answer emails. They are a very poorly run company and I will never order from them again.
