Teodor was so helpful in matching the mattress to my needs and in promptly swapping it for a firmer version. The Latex Bliss firm mattress is everything I had been searching for and I am finally getting good sleep without waking up with back pain. It's soft enough to be comfortable, supports me in all the right places but is firm enough to enable me to smoothly roll from side to side compared to a hybrid memory foam mattress where turning over became a seven step major undertaking. I even got to go to the shop in North London and meet Teodor and try it.

I have needed a new mattress for a long time. I wanted a product I could recycle, that would be comfortable and that was good value for money. All latex sense mattresses are fully natural (no oil based synthetics). I believe they don't use stores and make everything in house. I needed some advice and they supplied it quickly and comprehensively. I've only had the mattress a couple of days but it's better than I'd hoped for - and I hoped for a lot! I think they are an excellent company.

I ordered a traditional Dunlop latex pillow and found it to be the most comfortable pillow I have ever rested my head on. I then ordered a premium latex mattress medium comfort and this is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on as well I look forward to going to bed now. I wanted to try a mattress without metal springs and could only find hybrid latex mattresses which had some springs in the shops. I found this company on line with great Trust Pilot reviews and I was not disappointed the customer service was excellent. The information states these mattresses last much longer than other types of mattress as well and being an online company keeps the price down. The reviews stated the mattresses are quite heavy to turn so I just ordered a 20 cm high mattress and this is fine I have also added a mattress topper to protect the mattress. I purchased a premium latex mattress about four months ago, expecting the durability and natural bounce that latex mattresses are known for. Unfortunately, after only a few months of normal use, the mattress has already developed a noticeable indentation where I sleep and shows very little bounce or recovery.

I contacted the company to ask for a solution, but their response was that the indentation is caused by the padding material in the mattress cover compressing during use and that this is considered normal. While some minor settling might be expected, this level of compression after such a short time is disappointing for a product marketed as a premium latex mattress.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this mattress to anyone looking for the long-lasting support and resilience typically expected from a high-quality latex mattress.

I've already reviewed the mattress itself. This is in relation to the refund. We returned the mattress which was collected over 2 weeks ago and still no refund back in my bank account. I contacted latex sense to which they replied they would do it within 30 days. After contacting them again they stated the delay was due to us paying through klarna and processed the refund straight away. Very happy with their service. I'd recommend this company.

Ordered their organic latex topper - not cheap but I liked their 30-night trial period. Delivery was quick - a few days - and the product is excellent, solved my pressure point pain, finally - after testing several memory foam toppers. An all round positive experience, highly recommend.

We got a Cloud Organic latex mattress which is beautiful - soft in the right way and firm in the right way. Also, Latex Sense have brilliant customer service - there was an issue around the delivery and they replied to messages right away and sorted the problem out. We now have 2 latex pillows too which we also love!

best mattress i ever had , i have lower back pain and spent alot of money on mattresses becaus all of them after some use they lost the firmess , but this one after an year of use still as firm as first day , i cant belive the quality it has , i had more expensive ones and less quality, but remember, every body its different , you need to find you perfect mattress , for this is the one.

I bought organic dual comfort coir mattress in super king size and I just absolutely love it. During the last 10 years I changed mattresses 3 times. This one is the most comfortable one I had ever had. The springines, the firmnes, the cool feel, everything is perfect. I went personally to the shop to have a look how they all feel, as the expens on 1500 is a big deal for me and I needed to check if it is justified. I fall in love with organic line, which is much cooler than non-organic. And then I had dilema if I should take full latex, or coir version. Finally decided with coir and I am so so happy with it. The only one thing I need to mention is the smell of latex. It has never went away. At the beginning I did not want to have it and I was venting mattress for two weeks before I started to sleep on it. But as the smell never went away, I gave up. But funny thing, I got used to it and now when I go to bedroom it is pleasant for me and actually I associate it with rest, sleep and relax. I recommand latex to everybody. I did my research and I would buy it again. And again. And again. If at any point it will wear off, the next one will be latex again. And it will be Latex Sense.
