They charged mr=e 3.99 for shipping but the refund they gave me 10 days later was only $22.
Thy have to make a profit i guess ?

Stay away from this company. They refuse to honor the prices to products on their website, then attempt to offer a public coupon that adds more insult than discount. This is not the first time they have done this to customers, and I refuse to be another victim.

Purchased a tactical top and pants on 12/10, item was delivered 12/18. Due to being out of town I received the item 12/23. Online it said my entire order was shipped, when I opened the package only the pants were inside! I called customer service and she had to call the distribution center. Turns out the top is on back order until the end of Jan! This was never mentioned online or even updated on my shipping info. Her excuse is they use a 3rd party so some times they don’t relay the information to them! I couldn’t believe her response. Needless to say item was refunded and this item will be returned! If this was relayed on the 10th I could have purchased these items elsewhere and had them for Christmas!

They had a sale on their website and they refused to follow through. We paid and they refused to deliver the goods. Instead they said hell no and refunded us even though they have the goods. They are a shady company. They are not honorable when it comes to sales. We ordered, 5 days later with no delivery confirmation, contacted them. They responded that they wouldn’t honor the sale price and refunded all money. Oh but they have a coupon... We will never do business with them again.

Placed an order on one of their sales. After 5 days and and no shipping confirmation. I reached out to them to see what was going on, they responded the next day stating that my order had been canceled and my money refunded, that they would not honor their sale price. I spend a lot of money and have purchase authority from several departments. Needless to say I will never use this fraud of a company.

They had a bunch of Condor products at crazy low prices, in fact they were so low it was a screw up on their end. They refused to honor these prices, while still taking my money and not contacting me. I had to reach out to them several times before getting a hold of someone to see what was going on. They basically said we screwed up, you should've known, you don't get the products but we'll refund you and give you a 15% off coupon... Oh geez, they shouldn't have, how generous.... Way to screw up everyone's Christmases tactical gear!

Horrible customer service! Horrible company! They had an error with a bunch of super low priced items. I ordered about $40 worth of stuff thinking it might be an error, hoping it wasn't. That was about a week ago. They charged my card and have my money. On their website my order is processing. It will not let me cancel, I have emailed multiple times wondering the status with no reply. I called multiple times over a few days and finally got through to a person who stated that I should have know the prices where an error and not order. Also that they will take however all it takes to finish "processing" my order and issue the refund. Also I was pretty much told they can take as long as that want and that if I was worried about my money then I shouldn't have ordered. I was a first time customer, like I said pretty sure when I ordered it was an error but I hoped it wasn't figure if it was they wouldn't charge me and we would go about our business. Obviously this company does not care about customers at all. They have lost any chance of me becoming a customer. Please be careful if you decide to do business with tacticalgear.com also if you look on "reddit" multiple people are having the same issue I am having where there money is being held with no product and no refund.

Order a bunch of stuff on a holiday sale from them. 2 days later my entire order was cancelled and pending a refund without notice. They said they accidentally set prices too low and couldn’t honor the prices they had on their website. Seems like bait and switch tactics.

HORRIBLE RETURN POLICE OF IF THEY SEND YOU THE WRONG ITEMS.

Great prices and quality products. Received my items on time and they were packaged well.

It is an amazing company. I had a question about an order and called. The representative I spoke with was very courteous and professional. It was a very nice customer service experience, would recommend this company to anyone.

I am happy shopping with tacticalgear.com. There prices are usually lower than Amazon. But, the do sell out. I currently have Carrhart coat on backorder. Hey! I will wait at the price They're selling it!

I recently ordered a pair of Reebok military boots (Coyote Brown) and a pair of Belleville military boots (Desert Tan) and the service by TacticalGear.com was great. The other items I ordered also arrived promptly and in excellent condition. Great online store for tactical items. Easy to shop.

Immediate response to my shipment. Paid for 3-6 business days for delivery and received my products on day 3. Had one issue with one item (wrong color), but the information for return items was clear and the reply was prompt. Would definitely use TacticalGear in the future.

Simply the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered boots for a birthday present. They arrived 7 weeks after the birthday. No communication. They don't answer their phones. They answered one email with a "it's on backorder and expected to ship next week" response. Which it didn't. I will never buy from them again and will be advising everyone I know to avoid them.

Their Web site says to email for fastest response. I believed them. Here's a quote from their email: "We typically respond within one business day." Seven days later I called to follow up and was told "Sorry, we're a little behind." Then I was told that the backordered item is now discontinued. The rep claimed that they had sent me a notice. Of course there was no notice. She suggested that "maybe it's hanging out in one of your Spam folders."

Then the rep said they don't process exchanges. She said I'd have to begin a new order to get the correct size item.

So, after ignoring my customer service email for a week and then informing me about a discontinued item that they had not refunded, they had the audacity to ask me to place another order.

They claim to have awesome customer service, and in responses to mediocre or poor reviews that always post something along the lines of "All you had to do is contact us and we would have fixed it." Believe that if you want to, but in my opinion every order is a gamble with this company.

Order at your own risk.

Also: I waited on hold for more than ten minutes before I spoke to a rep. Expect that too.

I ordered three items, and was informed at checkout that one of the items was on backorder. No big deal. The other two items arrive after a short delay. I tried to contact them for help.

Very unhappy with this company. I ordered the solar powered chargers.
They guaranteed three day delivery. Wrong! Very slow in answering my emails. The usb included with the charger did not work and both units I purchased did not charge well. The agreed to the return, but deducted a $5 per unit "restocking" fee. When I asked why they were going to restock a device that was not working, their response was very vague. To make matters worse, the credit they said I was getting, never got posted to my bank account. Also, the info that came with these "solar powered" changes, say" warning" do not leave in the sun too long.

This business is not a scam...

I ordered a Blackhawk quick disconnect on 2/1/17. Today is the end of 2/6/17. Paid extra for 3-6 day shipping. Email confirmation of order stating I would receive a notification that the item has shipped. No shipping to this point. In my conversation on 2/3/17 I was informed that the 3-6 day shipping doesn't actually start until the item has been shipped by them. I was told Fri or Mon for them to ship the item. It's Mon evening and no email. They did refund the shipping cost Fri. I guess that they're not in a hurry to ship it now.
It did finally arrive on Feb 13. Definitely not 3-6 days.

After wileyx being unhelpful, I found tacticalgear
tacticalgear.com while on vacation in Orlando. Normal phone communication by phone would have been too expensive, so I used their online chat service to order some tactical sunglasses.
A little long winded to do it like this but the girls were patient and helpful. Started the process with Cheyenne but the connection dropped
Reconnected with another helpful girl and completed the purchase. Despatched the next day by ups ( Hi Doug, KoQ's!!) and the communication was spot on. I needed fast delivery and accepted the 2 day delivery charge, and the package appeared right on the dot. 2 days later. Thanks guys and I would recommend your services A++
