TacticalGear’s site fails to mention that what may be “in stock”, and states that your order will be shipped in 1 package, may not actually be “in stock” (in the same facility) or ship in the same package as the rest of your order.

After receiving my order, realizing that the main item was missing, customer service was contacted. This main item was a gshock watch. I was told that the gshock would ship from the manufacturer. Which is not what the website stated when I placed the order. The site stated that my order would be shipped in 1 package. They apologized.

I requested a refund. Customer service was diligent, and followed up via email, telling me that my watch had been shipped, and would arrive the following day. I was provided with tracking shortly after.

I originally gave this company one star. I received an email from Trustpilot, stating that my review would be taken offline if I did not provide more detail, per TacticalGear’s request.

So this has been updated, and I have given TacticalGear one more star, and updated my review, which lacked the resolution that happened after the initial review.

Their customer service representative was decent, but order at your own risk. The title of the review is correct. I would not have placed the order if it stated that it would be shipped separately.

Also, it did NOT ship from the manufacturer. Which I have proof of. It was shipped by “CAT 5 COMMERCE”.

Always know who you’re buying from, and who’s shipping it. Although my issue was resolved, I will not order from them again.

Firstly, not overpowered by constant emails, like some other companies, telling me I have a good eye and should come back and buy, before the three people that have it in their cart do, only to find their out of my size. Secondly, the products I purchased were better than I'd expected. Very good quality , the price was very good, I'll pay more for good quality, here I paid less and got better. Descriptions were accurate, as were reviews. Shipped fast, and packed well, tracking and updates were spot on, whole experience was very good. I'm more than pleased, and will be purchasing here again quite often

Ordered and paid for a backpack. One that's regularly available on Amazon, REI, & Ebay. Several days later, I get an email stating that only the MILITARY can buy this product. A backpack for a laptop. Nothing that the military uses. Nothing covert that could POSSIBLY be misconstrued or used to misrepresent oneself. This is the most ridiculous restriction I have ever heard of. What is this world coming to?

Ordered a pair of Boots from tacticalgear.com. Was a good deal as I received a great promocode which dropped the price substantially. A couple of days after I placed the order I was informed my order was cancelled as I was flagged for fraud, and the only way I could now place an order was by using PayPal or Apple Cash. They couldn't tell me what was fraudulant about my debit MasterCard. I'm a Law Enforcement officer, and would have probably been a regular customer. There was no way to get the same price I had before on the boots with the promo, this place seems to good to be true and it probably is. I'll pass on ordering anything from them in the future and I recommend you do too!

Ordered boots from this “company” as a Christmas gift. Days later, still no shipping email. I CALLED the CS number and they told me my order was still being processed and assured me it would make it before Christmas. Literally 2 hours later, I get an email that my order was canceled because of a “fraudulent address given”. No idea what that means! A joke!!! Don’t even waste your time.

Great Customer service, fast shipping and they always have a good deal to offer!

So I took a star. I’m keeping it. It’s mine until returns are free. I will lock it away, deep within the bowels of the Armstrong and Getty compound. A keep where souls suffer steadfastly. A dark and damp place where hopes fade and dreams are horrifically deformed by bludgeoning. Until returns are free, the 5th star will be anything but free. I will keep it buried so far down in the dungeons beyond the Acheron and erase its existence from my memory. The star will never join its four sibling stars in the gilded ranks of perfection, unless the heroic act of “free returns” graces the patrons of TacticalGear.com .

This star, representing perfection and flawless execution, will remain in my metaphorical "Chateau d’If" possibly until the end of time. Even if the TacticalGear.com team changes their ways, I may have completely forgotten all about this review and forgotten about the star! So I will say this, if the day comes when returns are made free, when the company is big enough to afford free returns; consider this a 5 star rating. But because at the time of this authoring the free nature of returns was absent, so too the 5th star is absent and will remain absent for the reasons mentioned above, no need to go into all of that… again… that would be superfluous.

I mean, why would I even type all of that again? Why would I type it in the first place? Maybe I’m bored? Maybe I’m crazy? Maybe I’m crazy bored and the one time I ever paid for a return was because the shirt size for a medium fit was so outrageous it fit like an XL and it was so jarring to pay for something as simple as a return/exchange that I wanted to return the favor with an equally jarring, time consuming, and confusing distraction from your normal life. So the real reason for this nonsense, is to take time away from you as you’ve taken from me. And that time, that I’ve taken, will be given life and a personality, and it will join the 5th star in the keep, deep down beyond the Acheron, in howling suffering, with eternally chafed skin and sore bones, and it will be lost forever down there. I win. I’ve won. I have defeated your process. You are my prisoner in this moment. Google gave me 4000 characters and I chose to ensnare the senses and bewilder the mind with this meretricious display of Burger King commercial style storytelling.

I've been a customer of TG for many years, and only have had great experiences with them. On previous order I wasn't happy with the fit of BDU's I ordered, return was hassle free. Great customer service & gear, I've recommended TG to friends worry free.

Ordered women's shoes and received men's instead, called customer service, and got Natalie who was very rude on the phone, challenging me that I made the wrong order after I verified my order. I asked her to replace the shoes with faster shipping since I already waited a week to get them and she denied me any expedited shipping even though they were the ones that clearly made the mistake. But what mostly left me irritated was the attitude from Natalie with poor customer service. I’ll give them one more chance to send the right shoe but doubt I’ll be ordering from this site again as I paid a lot of money for these shoes, waited a week to get the wrong shoe, had to deal with rude customer service and now go out of my way to mail back the wrong show to wait again for my right order that I placed.

Updated review: The manager of their customer service called me today to make things right, she was very kind and apologetic and assured me she was making sure the problem would get corrected by making sure the right product gets expedited shipping to me. I was very grateful for that extra call and reassurance since I wasn't even confident the last representative was going to get the right item shipped again and in a timely manner. So I've come back to edit my review and give a better rating for the follow-up customer service call.

Shipping has always been prompt and I have yet to order a product that I wasn't completely satisfied with.

One of the only companies I trust when it comes to buying my tactical gear. Good prices. Fast shipping. Can't beat it.

What can I say I have to give these guys Hella props . TacticalGear.com is the best company I came across that I can trust and I know they will take care of their customers. I had nothing but good experiences with them. I love u guys

Got a BDU shirt & DD Camo pants at a 2nd hand store. Matched them perfectly with TG Clearance items with matching belts. Latest item was Condor Tactical Pants & got a TG Logo Patch to free ship an order for over $50. The Fastech Taco Mags finished my H-PT 109 build & the patch is on my dropleg holster's extra mag velcro. Kristyn's the BEST with the overnight belts! Always my 'A' list when I buy!

This fit me perfect, the quality is very nice and the fit is true to size. I have bought a couple pair of Tactical pants from here in different colors and have been very satisfied with the entire experience from order, to shipping, to fitment.

Placed an order with 2-day shipping (for it to be able to ship further on on time). The order got canceled on the day it was supposed to be shipped (4 days after the order was placed).
This was the first time i received an email from them. No questions trying to specify, nothing. Just "we are canceling your order". The explanation was "suspected fraud" and "we didn't reach you on the phone" ("and have never heard of a possibility to use an email before cancelation" I guess).
If it were a kid's toy, I wouldn't mind. But these were defense vests, to save real people's lives.

Absolutely top notch customer service! I screwed up and ordered the wrong size boot. I called at 0912 on Monday morning and Larry got me hooked up with a return label, free shipping AND the correct size boots in the mail. Very attentive staff and fast shippers. This place will be my first place to check when I need gear.
