Location is slow and always seems severely understaffed. There has never been a time I have visited this location and there has not been a long wait.

Terrible service. They constantly run through account reps and never keep you updated. We gave them multiple chances, but it has been the same outcome every time.

On our last order, we waited three months only to find out the previous account manager made a mistake and never placed our patch order. We have now had to take it upon ourselves to order blank uniforms and have the patches sewn on locally.

Very disappointing experience and not a reliable option for uniform ordering.

I needed to have an item sewn on to my uniform and it had left the Velcro backing at the office. The staff was great and was able to locate a spare Velcro backer and get it sewn on right away with out me needing to make a second trip. It was truly appreciated. Fantastic service!

horrible shipping times. the website tell you something is in stocl and a week delivery time. them when it dosent come and you call. they say it's on back order. now after they take my money they say it's going to be a month or longer. what a shit hole customer service. will never use them again. china would be faster. then the rep tells me its a glitch on the website. how about telling it like it is. you are liars and don't care about the customer. just take their money for items they don't have to sell.

Terrible company and terrible customer service. They take weeks or months to “process” orders and then when you pay $40 for next day air. They will create the label but never drop it off at FedEx. As a firefighter I will NEVER order from this unorganized aggravating company. SKIP THIS COMPANY AND ORDER FROM AMAZON.

I purchased police items and had a name plate created. Staff was very helpful and professional. Dan is the staff member that created my name plate and it came out great. THANK YOU!

Always can get my uniforms next day. No other uniform store can do that in our area. The ladies at the Phoenix store are awesome.

Mike was chipper- bright and early to help me with my order. Got me in and out on a Saturday.

I needed next day delivery. I order on a Friday, and the receipt said it would deliver on Saturday. However, it did not arrive till the following Tuesday. After speaking with a Galls, LLC representative I was told any item order on that day will not be loaded out for delivery till the next business day. Since I order on Friday it didn't ship till Monday even though their receipt said it would deliver Saturday. I paid an additional $52.99 for the overnight delivery that promised Saturday delivery and we it didn't I was scrambling to replace my thing I order that got broke. I am posting on here to let consumers know their next day delivery is actually 2 days. The reason the rep told me was due the carrier picking up their shipments in the AM, and not the afternoon. I worked in freight business for 32 plus years and never have heard or seen anything like this before. Please beware of there next day delivery and know at a minimum it's 2 days.

All of the staff is professional and assists with any and all matters in a timely manner.

I was able to get same day service and the representative was professional and very helping in fulfilling my order. Thank You Guys for being effective with the needs of uniforms to perform our job responsibilities.

Very pleasant and helpful

I had a great experience shopping here. The store has a really nice selection of clothing, and everything is well-organized and stylish. The quality of the pieces stood out to me — you can tell care is put into what they carry. The staff was friendly, helpful, and not pushy, which made browsing really enjoyable. Prices felt fair for the quality, and I ended up finding more than I planned to buy (always a good sign). I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.

Whenever I come to the store to spend my allowance Al always have patience with me and helps me get as much as I can get with the money that they give issue. Al is always very patient.

Al was fantastic. He was so helpful, I didn’t have to do much! He seemed very knowledgeable and had some great advice. I hope he’s there next time I visit!
