I as having issues downloading music from youtube after the AllClip program updated. I reached out to customer service via email and received a reply right away with step by step instructions on how to update the program and clear out the hidden cache which resolved the problem.

Very efficient and their back team are on the ball and very quick to sort out any issues.

Winbootmate- I required an in-place install as I needed to keep the existing Win10 environment and apps. After dealing with support all went well and no issues experienced. Recommend you add this sort of info to your FAQ and save the hassle. Otherwise recommend the software.

I had an issue with Allclipdown and customer service worked with me until the issue was resolved.

AllClipDown doesn't work for YouTube in spite of their advertisements.
The TRIAL button on the Try-It-Free app download doesn't do anything either.
I tried TikTok, yes it worked, but that's not why I paid for this app.
When trying to download YouTube clips, all it does is give you a thumbnail, that's it, nothing else. I tried support, no reply.

This review is for winbootmate - I must admit I was skeptical about this as it looked dodgy, with spelling mistakes on the website etc but I was unable to find anything else to promise creating a bootable windows USB from a Apple silicon Mac. I tried using the CLI and other tools but they did not work and I had no other windows machines in the house to use for it. This worked like a charm first time, absolutely no complaints and wasn't malware in disguise as I suspected!

Pretty sure the bad reviews are because they don't let you do anything for free (free trial is very misleading it's true). However in my experience if you pay for it, it actually does work very well.

Great customer support. I contacted customer support when the software stop working.

They send me a link to the new version of the software, and a key.

Now I am able to use the software for my personal needs.

I purchased this Winbootmate to simplify upgrading an old unsupported computer running Windows 21H2 to 24H2. Although initially unsuccessful using the modified IOS, the support team was very helpful and quickly offered an alternative method which did work.
I am very pleased with the software, the support team and recommend their product.

scam and just does not work dont download!!

The free trial is a scam, as is the refund policy. The software is poor quality and doesn’t work.

All Clip suddenly stopped working, so I contacted support. They gave me a new link to download the latest version and a new registration key because I had tried so many times to reinstall it. Support came through, and I would highly recommend the program and the support.

This product makes it easy to download video from many sites...including YouTube and X. As these sites continue to make it more difficult to download from, All Clip Download is keeping up. Whenever there has been an issue, they were right there with a solution. The product works and it's simple. Highly Recommend.
