Do not use this company like others wish I looked at reviews 1st. I was trying to avoid using chinese company's but these are one too. But Completely ripped of, Item is not as described and not woolen. You have to pay the return postage to China for a refund which would give me £10 back
Please dont make the same mistake as me

HORRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT BUY.Clothes felt cheap so wanted to return.However when it came to emailing them,they were insistent that a return and refund is pointless.Scam company.

Wish I’d have looked at all these reviews before purchasing from them, their items come from China, so are very small sizes and cheap quality.
My options for refund was either 1) store credit, 2)keep item and get 10% refund or 3) return at my own expense to China (cost around £25 postage). Disgusting!!

Absolutely disgusting. Picture do not correspond in any way with what it sent he quality is worst i have every seen. Primark quality and look would beat this site hand down. Do not waste your money as although it say they have a refund policy it is not worth the paper is is not written on. Claims order comes beautifully wrapped. Arrives in plastic bag all screwed yp!

Received items not fit for purpose,I had just completed a review which got deleted.
I am very disappointed with the company,I wish I had read Trust Pilot reviews,I would not have placed an order & worse still agreed to keep the so called winter coat as returning was not an option as I was unwell & posting it to China would have been difficult & very expensive (there was no indication that I would have to return it to China),when I complained I was made an offer to not return the coat with the option of ordering something else,so I ordered a jumper for my daughter & a cardigan for me,i was to give it to my daughter for Christmas but it did not arrive in time,my daughter visited me on 29th Jan & refused to have it & advised me to report it as a scam.
I have a coat which charity did not want & a jumper & cardigan that are not as described ,i want a refund as it is not fit for purpose.
I am willing to return all 3 items to a London address they are unused.
I am distressed, I want a refund

SCAMMERS do not use this company. I ordered a suede jacket and got a flimsy shirt, that is the wrong size to what I ordered anyway. They told me they had sent the correct item to what i ordered although i sent them a photo of the item and the label saying polyester. they offered me a discount or return to China for £25. I refused and contacted my bank to investigate and after several messages, I got a full 100% refund. Please do not give in to these scammers, insist on a refund.

I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star. We bought a dress that when it came it was nothing like the photo extremely poor quality. Complained and they said we could return the item but it would cost £25 instead have us a voucher, this time we got a blazer (well what was supposed to be a blazer) I have never seen anything so cheap in all my life. Shocking quality of clothing, masquerades as a uk company which it 100% is not. This company should be shut down, avoid at all costs!!!!

Received my dress today after 3 weeks of waiting. Utterly disappointed ! Very poor quality, nothing like the picture. I wish I had read reviews before ordering. Please don’t order from this company. They are a scam!

This is an additional review to one I did in January 2026. I ordered my goods using MasterCard. I reported to the Credit Card company what happened and they were able to get me a full refund from these scammers. If you have used either a Credit Card or Debit Card please raise the issue with them. Also, make sure you report these scammers to Trading Standards.

Ordered item as Christmas present
Item shipped from china far exceeding delivery time for Christmas, sizing chart incorrect, wrong item delivered, customer service experience very poor unwilling to resolve error, misquoting own returns policy still resulted in my payment being taken and never receiving the item I ordered. Despite multiple attempts to resolve customer service unhelpful. Do not use this company I believe it to be a hack based on my experience

Absolutely appauling. Emailed regarding requesting return - nothing! then left review - and they in response (for everyone to see) sent a generic reply asking for order number - again no response. DO NOT USE THEM. Will be seeking legal action as this service is not acceptable - robbing people of their money.

I ordered 3 slushy machines on the 7 November and I am still waiting for the products not happy. I have emailed so many times and not received a reply at all.
Not good when I had them for Christmas presents

Unfortunately, I have now joined the victim. Order number- ST14541
They said free returns but trust me it’s not free. I paid £20 for postage to return a dress of £50. I am still waiting for my refund. I have attached my proof of postage, please refund my hard-earned money. They would want to force you to keep it! The quality is so low that I couldn’t even try it on.
Dress is of very low quality, run from this website. No tag, what you see on line is not what you get! Absolute nonsense, rip off! Fraudulent company.

This company has no intention of helping the customer and in fact don't comply with UK online purchase regulations. I paid for 2 dresses on 10th January 2026 and they've still not arrived. I've had multiple emails with the staff Toni, Sylvia and Emilia, all of whom have been very unhelpful and certainly provide ZERO customer service. DO NOT USE they will cost you money.

I find it extremely insulting that you copy and paste the same apologetic reply to all complaints. You have my details as we've had approximately 30 emails between us since 10 Jan.

The advert showed a nice, hand knitted garment. The advert also projected that it would be delivered before Christmas. Christmas came and went and the garment didn’t arrive as promised. So not only did my wife not have one of her presents for Christmas Day, when it did eventually arrive it was pathetic vs what was advertised. The article of clothing they sent is awful. It is mass produced and definitely not hand made. The cloth actually feels and looks like plastic. A very cheap, incredibly thin (almost see through) polyester or something with an awful print on it. When I tried to get a refund, they said I’d have to pay for postage to get my money back. Postage is to China (£25) not the UK or Netherlands. After about 20 emails they finally agreed to let me keep garment have a 50% refund which is absolutely disgusting. The item is of absolutely no use to me as no-one would ever want to wear it. I was just so bored of fighting over email I took the 50% refund. This company REFUSE to supply a returns label or pay the shipping costs to return the item. So who’s going to bother going through the hassle of sending a £40 item back to China at the cost of £25-30 to receive a £40 refund? It’s an absolute SCAM and they know it. This company banks on people not fighting for a full refund and rolling over and accepting a 10 / 20 % refund. It should be shut down. If I had more time I would persue it but most people, including me, don’t and that’s what these SCAMMERS count on.

Edit: So you asked for the order details and now you have the order details and you still do nothing. I have honestly never ever seen a company with a lower trustpilot score than this. Your company is an Absolute SCAM and it should be shut down.

I ordered a jumper and a dress, which I wanted for a present. They said it would be delivered within 12/14 days. The items didn’t arrive in time. When I eventually received them the jumper was nice, but the dress was nothing like the picture showed it to be.
I contacted Sylverton to request a return and a refund, they said I had to pay the postage which was £25 as it had to be returned to China, this is not stated on the website, I was under the impression it was a UK company.
Anyway after several emails they said I could keep the dress ( which is no use to me) and give me a 20% refund. I didn’t really have a choice but to accept this but am not happy with this company and certainly will not be purchasing anything else from them.

Absolute rip off, ordered a chunky knit woolen cardigan and what arrived is the cheapest looking garment I’ve ever seen not even sure what material it’s made from as there is no label, it’s a thin cheap material with a cheap looking wool like print on it, nothing at all like the picture on the website, contacted the website and no response. How company’s like this are allowed to operate is beyond me. Luckily I paid through PayPal so I might be covered.
