This company is a disgrace and a scam. The “tailored” jacket that my teenage daughter saved up for is nothing like the image on the website - what arrived was a composite fleece type thing - and it has marks on it. Shipping took forever too because they were moving warehouses. I wish I’d thought to look at reviews before ordering. I asked how I obtain a refund and that process is a joke the woman basically stated that it could take up to 8 weeks and the item might get stuck at customs anyway !!! What a scam site this is! DO NOT USE!

I am currently having chemotherapy and needed a new outfit for Mother’s Day to help me feel more confident to go out with my family. I’m not working because of the treatment and have wasted £54 on this outfit. I have tried numerous times to get my money back. Complete scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

They are crooks.. First of all they give wrong description of item. I ordered a trousers set. They claim is silk, but when i received it i noticed is cheap polyester.
I requested 3 times instructions how to return order, but no reply. Tried to phone them, with no luck..

China not the Holland only noticed when checking how long it seemed to take to arrive. Expected the worst based on previous reviews but actually all the clothes fitted and were fine, if not necessarily safe stood near a naked flame! The reason I’m giving 1 star is that there was an item missing some shoes . I contacted the site and they were initially very quick to respond and advised that they were unable to check whether dispatched as warehouse had moved. Agreed contact after 4th March and they would check and if not dispatched I would get a refund. I have sent 3 emails and one message via the chat bot. Non have been responded to odd given I received several emails when I first brought the issue to the attention of the support team! £40 out of pocket not the end of the world but not the point I’ll chase again of not thankfully I’ll go through my credit card company! Sylveton initially you seemed ok now I’m disappointed! I doubt you read these but if you do the order number is: #ST15117 have some integrity and refund or send item!!

I haven’t received my order after a month and still haven’t had an email response after asking where it is.

The team at Sylverton have been incredibly helpful, communication was extremely good. I am very pleased with the dress which I ordered and would not hesitate to order from this company again

All their products (ladies clothing mainly) are manufactured in China. They do not generally use sustainable materials but rather petrochemical manufactured fabrics. No where in the descriptions of Sylverton products does it specify the type of fabric the clothes are made from. There is a trap involved with using this companies website. The trap is they deduct your card/method of payment as soon as the order is finished but then you wait for the product to be sent. When you receive the product (in my case Evy Winter Cardigan) you find it is nothing like the picture of the product shown on the website.
It takes a good two weeks for orders to be shipped from China. They very politely tell you that they can't offer a refund but they will allow you to select something else to the value plus 20% bonus. This doesn't help because everything isn't as described and pictured. You are left to demand a refund but the cost of returning the item would far exceed your refund since the product has to be returned to China.
Beware this website. It's not worth loosing your money (like I did!)

Delivery time ridiculously long. Extremely poor quality material and design. I thought I was purchasing from UK. Pricing is on the high side too. I am so disappointed, and will not be buying anything else. Buyers beware and read reviews!

If I could give them no stars, I would! Disgusting quality, flimsy not fit for purpose, unhelpful customer service. Exactly the same as previoius posters about the returns policy. Do not use!

I ordered a dress for a 1920s themed party from here. The dress was not good quality and feathers were falling out the first time I tried it on. The seams weren’t sown properly and stuck out making the dress look a funny shape. Tried to return it and you have to pay over £25 to return it back to china where it came from. They offer you store credit instead which is all well and good but who actually wants any of the tat from this website

Absolutely AWFUL products and customer service. Ordered a jacket for £60, when it arrived, it was more like a hoody and sizing was terrible. Customer services gave me £53 credit and told me I could keep the goods. I struggled to find anything on their site and decided to purchase what looked like a thick woolen cardigan for £35 and thought i would get x2 in order to spend the credit and an additional cost to me.
What arrived were x2 polyester, thin, disgusting button tops both same design and wrong design from what I chose. I contacted them and they offered me 30% refund on the additional £17 that I paid and I could again keep the items!
I am now £77 out of pocket with x3 bits of clothing that I am too embarrassed to even donate to a charity shop!

The company Sylverton does not make clear at the time of purchasing that any returns must be sent to an address in China at a cost of approximately £25. I returned my unwanted items to the return address on the original packaging only to having it returned to me. The post office required me to pay £7.50 to accept the return. Considering the very poor quality of the clothing, it should have been obvious that the goods would be returned.

WARNING Do not buy from this company. I wanted to return the jumper I purchased. I was told I had to return it to China at a cost of £25! Or they would let me keep the jumper I didn’t want and have credit to purchase something else. I definitely would not order anything else from this terrible company so credit is useless. Plan to report to trading standards tomorrow. Web site gives an address in Netherlands - who know the Netherlands are now in China! Disgusting - be warned avoid this site like the plague!

If I could give it zero I would. The worst customer service. Awful returns policy, no mention of the returns loop holes on the website, trying to charge £25 for a return. Ridiculous! Never buying again

It wasn’t possible to score them zero so they get a generous 1 star. Ordered a pair of boots and once received they had sent me the wrong size. I contacted them to inform them of their error and 21 emails later, through varying contradicting instructions I was told to pay for the shipping of the correct pair to be delivered to me??? When I challenged I was told I’d get a 10% refund towards paying for the shipping?!?! This didn’t cover the costs and they refused to accept that it was their error? Every email contradicted the previous one. It became so stressful and started to believe it was a scam! . They told me not to return the incorrect pair, so I donated them to a cancer charity. I then complained about the lack of consistency with their messaging so in return .they changed their mind and instructed me to return the incorrect item, even though they had instructed me to keep them?? Ridiculous.
I ended up challenging the original payment with the bank and now 11 days later I finally have my money back. DO NOT USE this dreadful company.

Please dont buy from this shop. Worst clothes ever. Their clothes are from China and off poor quality. Scams and a rip off. I should have checked reviews before purchasing. Refund is a nightmare.

Was responded to very quickly on my emails, received a blouse, better quality than the image, so will be keeping that.
The cardigan had the exact image on the fabric, but printed, it was NOT knitted, which the image implied & the reason I chose it. I reached out to customer care, shared image of cardigan & was given a coupon to order something else. Cannot fault service, hence the stars & blouse.

Outrageous
I write a review telling the truth about the shocking company that is Sylverton. Where I received a 10% of the refund of the total cost of the blouse that was £35.00 ie. just £3.50 I was told not to return the item.
The promise on line of a 30 day full refund on returns is a complete lie.
The so called customer service then write a reply and ask for me to send details of the reference number and email so they can check my details. I want nothing more to do with them.
I was so angry with the fact they wanted to charge me £25.00 to send this product back to China and wanted nothing more to do with this obvious scam I begrudgingly accepted £3.50. I have now found out today they are able to remove my review if I don’t respond. This evening it has disappeared. I am sure Edward in London who is part of this scam is very relieved. Please avoid ever purchasing from this scam of a site.
