Absolutely fuming that I didn’t check the reviews before purchasing my order.
My experience sounds like everybody else’s.

It took a while to receive the dresses I ordered for me and my daughter and when they eventually came, I couldn’t have been more disappointed. Such appalling quality in material and stitch work, price was too good to be true for a reason. Their website is a total misrepresentation of what they’ll actually send you.

It gets worse… when I requested a refund, they had the nerve to offer me 150% store credit, as if i’d want any more tat from them. Then as the buyer, I was liable to pay £25-30 to send the items back. (Bear in mind I still would need to buy 2 more dresses elsewhere) so further out of pocket no consideration at all. I’ve been waiting 3 months now for my money back and all tracking says is it’s being assessed at customs in China since March.

Please avoid at all costs!

My daughter ordered a dress, that when received, looked nothing like picture, pure polyester tat. Sylverton.com were prompt in their responses but it cost £25 to send back, tracked, to China. It has been sitting with Chinese customs since 28th February and no refund looking likely.

i have been waiting 7 months for my refund My parcel was delivered to destination week 11/12 i know this as fact as i had tracked my return package but it seemed it was returned to customs I have emailed the company several times and each time am told it is being monitored and they will let me know I feel very let down , discussed and conned out of £88 The items were rubbish , cheap **** and i had to pay to return to china after being told i would receive full refund. I don’t like lies

Would give zero starts if I could. Appalling customer service. And I feel they aren’t completely transparent with their returns on their website. Poor quality clothing and so expensive for it!!

Ordered what looked like nice well priced dresses from this site to choose one for June wedding abroad. The site mentions easy Post Office returns. Immediately after order email received saying moving warehouse so will be a delay. I was suspicious so then looked up sad reviews here. After too long the dresses were received. They were cheaply made and not a good fit. I contacted them to arrange refund. They said I could only have either 30% of balance refund and keep clothes or 100% shop voucher. I chose 30% so lost a lot!! Surprisingly they did pay up
the 30% quickly but must be laughing at the profit they made from me! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Most Horrible . Duped by advertising it EU based but it’s all China . They just scammed me by not even refunding the 20% of the cost and the quality is so so bad … Do not fall for them at all . Rating should -5

They advertise with photos that look absolutely nothing like the item received, so clearly it is a scam. Item was poor quality and almost see through.

To get a refund you have to ship the item to China despite being called Sylverton London. This cost £20 and the status which has been showing for the last 3 months is that Chinese customs requires info from the recipient.

Absolutely do not order from them.

If there was a minus star they would get it. Dresses were absolute crap from china and the return process a joke. I’m still waiting on a refund after months and bring ignored. Never mind them deducting £25 shipping cost. A total bandit company, don’t go near them.

Do not purchase items from Sylverton, if I could give no stars or - stars I would. The product received was very poor quality and bore little resemblance to the photo. On requesting a full refund I have had to return product to china for a considerable cost. I have emailed a number of times as the product should have been received but I have had no response. When emailed initially to request a refund I had an immediate response trying to offer discounts on other items if I kept goods, now I cannot get a response having sent numerous emails asking them to confirm receipt of the shoddy garment.

I bought a jacket from Silverton on line. When it arrived it bore little resemblance to the jacket in the picture on the website and was of poor quality. When I asked for a refund they were only willing to exchange it for another garment, which I didn"t want. For a refund they said I must return the garment to them at their address in China at a cost of around £25. The packaging the jacket was sent to me in had a return address in the UK so I sent it back to them there. It was returned to me as undeliverable. My credit card, via my bank, eventually refunded the money (a useful tip learned from a post on Trustpilot) but this took several months and quite a lot of bureaucracy.

Was a bit disappointed in the time it took to respond to my email about how to return my item. But eventually it got sorted and was happy with the outcome

I would give no stars if i could!! Took several weeks for the order to arrive. Their website says u can return items, but when u get tge return details you have to use tracked postage to China, not Amsterdam where it was delivered from. It cost me £34 postage and they have informed me it will rake 4 - 8 weeks to process the return. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

The item was never delivered. They will not refund and are asking me to chase it with the delivery company.

Like everyone else has said. avoid this website at all costs. Only wish i had looked at trustpilot before purchasing my item. The company should not falsely advertise a product and then send a cheap printed version. I have never seen such poor quality. It is a con and then they offer a refund but it costs you £25 to send it back. STAY CLEAR

Like all the rest of the reviews do not buy anything from this website, it takes weeks and is being sent from China. Poor quality products and if you want to return the products you have to pay for the shipping fees which can cost more than the product.

Your best bet it to contact your bank and ask them to cancel the transaction and get your money back. My bank refunded me.

DO NOT use this website. I should’ve checked reviews before buying a £30 jumper. Photos advertise as a cosy knitted hoodie, images have clearly been stolen from someone else. Instead I received a China-made 100% polyester cheap printed jumper with the pattern COMPLETELY BLURRED. Can’t have cost them more than £1 to make. I’ve emailed customer service over 3 times this week and still received nothing back from them regarding how to return. They won’t provide return shipping address so I have no way of getting my money back. Avoid at all costs. Should be illegal to have a business like this.

This trousers I ordered were cotton and extremely poor quality the website said they were Linen. It took me 2 weeks of msg to them for information on how to return this rubbish and they finally answered me just before my 30 day window was up for a refund. Apparently
I had to return them at my own cost to CHINA which would have cost me £25.00!!! Not mentioned on their website for obvious reasons.
GO TO YOUR BANK AND REQUEST AN CHARGE BACK.
I had a full refund within 4 days.
They do not even want the items back and I’m not surprised because they are dreadful.
I had to give 1 star because l’m unable to give a zero.

If I could put a lower rating I would this company lies . I ordered a dress it didn’t fit right so I wanted to send it back I paid for shipping the dress has been received by the company but they won’t refund me and now are ignoring my emails. It’s so wrong and now I can’t do anything about it .stay away from this site

Shocking! 7 weeks later the boots turned up! Instead of leather boots, I received a lovely pair of plastic boots, totally different from the pictures. Un wearable, straight in the bin! They would be better off just taking my money and don't send anything.

Very, very delayed delivery of completely shoddy, undersized goods (that wouldn't fit a 10 yr old).
Now, of course, no reply to email requests for instructions to return.
AVOID THESE PEOPLE!!!
