I made a claim on a stolen phone on the 18th of May, since then i have been requested so many documents which with every request i have been providing, i have not had any progress for nearly 3 weeks and i have become so frustrated as it is a tiring back and fourth process. What initially drew me to this insurance was the “have a new phone the next day” part but that may be only after they constantly keep asking for documents upon documents. I’m still waiting for some progress but we will see.

No cover for Cex purchases
Took out insurance on Samsung Zfold 4 purchased nearly brand new from Cex, the inside screen got damaged and Cex happily gave me refund and I got S23 Ultra as a replacement. Contacted Swipe to update policy and send proof of purchase and they advise they do not cover Cex purchases. They have taken 2 years of premium and not once asked for proof of purchase. So glad I had Cex 2 year warranty. Happy to end my direct debit with this appalling company.

Making a genuine claim, but the way they proceed make me feel, if I was making things . This is very frustrating.

Stay away from this company cos they’ll frustrate you. I insured my phone with them and when the phone got lost I sent them all the documents requested.After two weeks they came back and asked for photograph of myself holding my ID to your face and some frustrating questions.

DOES NOT PAY DURING STATED GUIDANCE- I have had my claim approved and been promised to be paid within 1 working day and it has been a week sad I have not been paid.
I have had to chase them up the whole way and they provide no support what so ever
