Great service from Swipe, just gone through a accidental damage repair claim and then upgraded my device so have taken out a new policy on the new device, actually somehow cheaper than the previous one too!

Very poor and disappointing service…
Very poor and disappointing service even after doing emails to manager are all in vain . despite of repeated calls no revert and even has affected my job and will recommend never to get this insurance and will recommend never to get this insurance no service no attentiveness and even careless attitude towards customer really sick after getting their services. They are not serious and taking responsibility of customer . I explained all my situation but they did not understand even doing nothing to resolve my issue . They took my money still making me to have patience and all. It's been more than 3 weeks.
I strongly advise you don't make mistake like me to get insurance from them
Worst service , uncooperative staff and delaying in resolving and they got my signature in absence of me, how shameless .
I am regretting to get insurance from this company .

Easy to upgrade. No hassle. It wouldn't let me upgrade on the website but once I spoke to someone they sorted it out swiftly for me.

Long and complicated process- avoid
The whole process has been so confusing and complicated, it has been 3 weeks since I first made the claim, and still no replacement phone! Initially, they were prolonging the claim by asking for further documentation, the only way I managed to get it approved was by calling them. Once it had been approved I sent my device off and didn't get a response from them for over a week, after calling them multiple times, they told me they hadn't received my phone when on Royal Mail tracking it says it's been delivered. I have had to call them again today to get an update to which the response was very dry and not apologetic at all. I'm still no closer to getting my device and overall quite frustrated by the whole process and believe I should be entitled to compensation.
