Drove by the house and threw package out the window onto front lawn.

This company hires the most careless and lazy delivery drivers. Every time they just throw the packages over our fence.

Gosh if i could give this a zero star rating i would. It takes this company 3 weeks to respond. If not, more. They don’t care whether you got your package or not. I literally got a rude text from the carrier saying that I put the wrong address and gave me attitude once i responded. Had the audacity to call me 3x but when i send 2 texts after his text, he tells me to only send one text. What’s wrong with this company..? Not to mention how slow they are at responding to their emails and won’t answer their phone calls. Whoever attempted to deliver my package sucks and the company sucks overall.

My package was never delivered to my front door left in the lobby and when I went to check at least about 6 minutes later there was nothing there meaning these delivery driver's stole my package or put it in the wide open for everyone in the building to steal when I clearly put i live in a apartment in 3b

Delivery driver threw my package from about 20ft away at my metal mailbox, damaging it, the package, and the lawn decorations it landed on. Unresponsive by phone, filed a ticket and no response either. Caught on my doorbell camera but judging from everyone else's experiences they won't do anything about it.

Horrible and I do horrible delivery ! I have them a code to get inside my building and these people threw my package in the garage port in the middle as soon as you open the gate to enter the building that’s where my package laid. Also they had throw it over the fence to get it in there ! My things I ordered were damaged bad had to send my whole order back! Nobody has reached out to me I’ve left emails nothing ! Bad customer service as well as horrible delivery drivers

Yet again another horrible review about these rip offs and nothing can be done about this? There has to be some sort of legal help or investigation has to happen right? Something is happening with everyone's items. So theft charges can be put on someone!

Unfortunately they are either highly incompetent or completely fraudulent. Customer service on email is non existent and on the phone they have no information or ability to see anything in the system other than to ‘raise a ticket’. There is no information about who owns this business or how they even operate legitimately.

Blatant fraud. I stupidly (a fool and his money are soon parted) ordered some stuff on TEMU. Too good to be true, and it wasn't. They claim to deliver stuff, but don't. They take a grainy "delivery" photo. One very blurry, the other inside someone's car. Don't waste your time or money on TEMU. If you get the item, it's crap. Most of the time you'll be charged but not get the item.

This Company is the worst courier shipping service I have ever dealt with. They don’t even deserve 1 star. The delivery girl refused to bring the package to my building - she had no clue where she was and would not tell me where she was to pick up the package from her. She then marked my package as customer refused to accept the package and then returned my package to the sender. The customer service is unresponsive and does not do a single thing. They don’t try to redeliver the package. I’m pretty sure they just steal your package and keep the items for themselves. They are a total scam.

This company does not deliver the customer's packages to the door. They leave them all over USPS CBUs, NUBs. What a hot mess they are very unprofessional.

Their delivery girl and young lady with an old car delivered a package to my residence on my gorgeous paver driveway… Leaking oil all the way up 150 foot drive to work and the same thing going down the driveway
Chemicals could not remove the damage-and dozens of pavers had to be replaced costing me significant amounts of money. Despite sending videos to the company they denied any issues with the drivers car and told me her car was checked and there was no signs of oil leaks yet they would not send me the diagnostic report-they are con artists, and they deliver from my order from Tamu-

I have a US PO Box with a real address. It's even on my Drivers license. This company said they don't deliver to a Post Office. Amazon, FedEx, UPS, ect HAVE NEVER GAVE MY STATIC ABOUT DELIVERING TO A POST OFFICE!

If a negative review were possible that's how I would rate my experience. I received notice that my package had been delivered. The driver took several pictures and left my package on top of the mailboxes in an apartment community. Basically, I bought a gift for somebody I don't know!!!! There were specific instructions to leave at the front door.

If I could give negative stars I would. These drivers are deceptive. They taje pictures of house with no number then take a picture of your package in their car, then a picture of your mailbox. Your package is stolen or left on the street for someone else to steal. Customer service is a joke. The number keeps you in a loop then hangs up. If you finally get a person they are hard to understand and arent really taking down information. I asked the rep to repeat the number back to me and he couldn't.

This is the second time they've sent. The same asian, gentlemen, and I use that term very roughly. The first time when I tried to show him the note on my door that asked delivers to please knock.He simply jumps into the car, no english, no english, no english. Today he stood at the bottom of the stairs through the package up. I happened to be opening the door at the time. It landed at my feet. I went down as he was starting to back out to drive away. Tapped on his window and pointed at my apartment door knocked on his window. Said knock, when you come, he rattled off incomprehensible words. And then, as he pulled away, screamed, eiffing bitsh. This is totally unacceptable.And the only reason I did not turn him in is because I did not get the license plate.
