Wow, The brain dead moron of a driver pulls into my driveway. Then parks sideways in the drive and instead of backing out of the driveway he whips a U turn in the driveway and drives through my front yard

"Lost" my last two shipments.
They have "lost" my last two shipments; Over $100 worth of stuff, most of it was to be Christmas presents. I've received no updates or notifications. I submitted two tickets as well as a separate email and never received a response from anyone. The tracking is fine up until it gets to there "warehouse" and then it, what, just disappears?! I am extremely angry, frustrated and disappointed. The merchant has been very good about refunding my money, which is great, but I really wanted my stuff...that's why I took the time to order it and spend my money on it. Now I am hesitant to shop with a merchant who uses this services as their courier. I most likely won't buy from them. If I could give Swiftx Express negative stars, I would. Ridiculous.
Swifter is a bad company.
They claim that they cannot find my address. Well there is no excuse for that. I responded to their text with more detailed instructions. They still claimed to not find me. My package was not delivered. Customer service line never answers n finally disconnected me stating all lines were busy after holding for 15 minutes. Opened a ticket...drop down for state listed about 8 total states in the US!!! THEy list these email as a .com address.... not valid.

Receive my package. Box was a bit dented. Everything was okay until I reviewed the security camera, the woman who drop off the package literally throw it to the doorstep. If this is the regular practice in dropping off package, this company should shut down its operation.

If I could give a ZERO star I would. Ordered Temu product and delivery shows it was to my mailbox. Heads Up SwiftX. It is a Federal Offense if anything other that USPS mail is delivered to personal mailboxes. Needless to say, the package was not there. Huge failure on delivery & missing package.
Sketchy delivery service
No notifications, crazy late night delivery, sometimes they message that they can't find my address..
I couldn't contact Swiftx by phone, fake number, then another one just keeps you holding on a long while, just to have so not say to call again.
Also, no one returned my e-mail.
I contacted the seller and urged them to use a better delivery service. Lot's of bad delivery issues with Swiftx... Temu sellers use this service.. Perhaps I won't buy from sellers who use Swiftx.
Worst delivery service EVER
Worst delivery service EVER! I live in an apartment complex, and the past few deliveries we've had, the drivers just leave them on the ground in the mailbox area. They could either put them in our parcel lockers or bring them to our door. But they're lazy and would rather just lay them on the ground, and they get stolen. There are several people in the complex that has had this issue. It's unacceptable!

This delivery service failed twice in seven days about making my TEMU delivery, that the driver could not locate the address. If you type the address into Google, it shows you not only the location of the building, but several actual photos of the building itself. I think I would terminate that driver, or hire an AI driver to make the delivery instead.

They say delivery failed due to invalid address. First off, the address is completely valid. Then they say email or call for assistance. When you email you will never get a response back and if you call no one answers. THEY SUCK! Do not ever use unless you want to not receive the package and you want a pissed off customer. The end
Bad service wrong delivery
They keep on delivering a package that does not belong to me or anyone in my family. I filed a better. businesses Bureau complaint. I also called them three times and they have not sent anyone to pick it up yet today. They just dropped off another package yet to the wrong person. I will be filing a police report next.
Worst of the worst 3rd party couriers
Despite clear 'DO NOT DELIVER TO GARAGE' instruction on label, was dumped outside garage, where it was promptly stolen. laziest couriers around.
Another time they didn't even bother with delivery - just marked package as 'refused' when no-one came by.

A delivery company NOT registered with the Better Business Bureau. What does that tell you? I reported them to Temu for questionable delivery practices after 3 of my packages disappeared after they were "delivered" to a business that turned the packages away (only being able to accept FedEx packages). So where did the packages go? Not even Temu knows.
Called them. No customer support. Don't ever use this company under any circumstance. The low rating on Trust Pilot is well deserved.

Packages shouldn't delivered on the hood of our personal vehicle. That's despicable for someone working under your name. It makes no sense of how ill responsible your service represents.

It's appears Swift Express is a primary shipper for Temu. The first time the handle an order, the dropped in the open door a warehouse, not mine, took a photo as proof of delivery and left. No clue where that package went. Second time they attempted to deliver 22 packages from Temu, they marked the delivery as unable to locate my warehouse address. I receive shipped items daily and no other carrier has an issue. My warehouse has four doors, two front and two rear. All are labeled with the address and all open directly into the parking lot. A delivery driver does not have to enter a building first etc, just walk in the open door. I was here as were employees and nothing. No call, no walk in, no email, nothing. They marked packages as undeliverable due to the address not being found. I called them and if you call outside of business hours, you hear a message to call back during normal business hours. I tried again between 9am-6pm and a message plays that they are unable to answer calls due to call volume. It just repeats. No way to leave a message or get ahold of someone. I sent emails, no reply. Temu has not been able to help either. Do not place an order online if this company is the delivery carrier.

Do not use this delivery company. They delivered my package to the wrong address. They told me I was wrong when I told them I didnt recieve it. They said to check the proof of delivery. It was very obviously not my apartment. The label on the package had the correct address, but they dropped it off at some other random apartment complex. There were no similarities whatsoever in either the street name, street number or complex names. The buildings werent even the same color. I dont see how the mistake could've been made other than negligence. I emailed them about not getting my package. It took a week before they told me to search the bushes (there are no bushes) and to look at proof pictures again. I sent them pictures of my complex name, building and my front door. They said they delivered it, sent me pictures as proof and to look a 3rd time. I told them it was the wrong apartments. They responded a week later saying they will have the warehouse compare my photos to the ones they took and they would get back to me 2-3 days. 10 days go by. So, I asked for an update. No response. A few days later I ask for an update again. No response. I emailed them several more times over the course of a month, asking for an update. No response. I finally heard back from them today. They say they are going to refund the shipping cost to the company I ordered from and that I needed to talk to that company because my missing package isn't their problem

This company is worse then other company’s yesterday I was waiting for my package to be delivered I got notification that my package is delivered I was out of building I asked to my neighbor to check my package if is in front of my door she said not yet ,she tried to check all over place she said is not here ,when I checked photo I saw career putted my package somewhere which is not my front door or around ,and I think he/she stolen my package because the photo is not showing place where is it ,it show like stairs or tricks
