VERY poor service by SwiftX. I'm a consumer, not a vendor, but I would never use this shipping company if I had a choice. Their drivers throw packages to the ground near a busy street, about 100' from my door, instead of delivering packages directly to very accessible front door. Naturally, packages are stolen/missing. I've reported this to SwiftX, but no improvement. 1 Star rating is too high.

Horrible. Horrible delivery service.

This company was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a shipping company. They kept lying and going back and forth with excuses. They continuously lied about me not putting the right address, even though it was correct, then they proceeded to lie again about attempting to deliver my package 2 times. Which is completely absurd considering I checked my security camera and saw no delivery person. After all of this, it was so hard to get in touch with customer service and they ended up destroying my package, leading to no refund and no package.

The driver took "photos" of the delivery and one of the photos was in my mailbox, but by some miracle it "disappeared" from my mailbox. Well, low and behold our cameras picked up the delivery promptly removing and taking the package.

Terrible experience. Kept delivering my package to the wrong address. Very poor customer service. THE WORST OF THE WORST.

Worst customer service, there is none! Fake numbers, pkg never received, false scans. I work for a deliver company, this is the worst I have ever seen!

This is the shittiest delivery service I’ve ever been involved with. They’ve had my package for three weeks in my city that I live in and have not delivered it yet I looked it up in their office is not even 10 miles from where I live. This is insane. I cannot believe that Temu or anybody would hire these people to deliver their packages. I don’t know what they’re doing up there, but they’re definitely not working when I inquired about where my package was telephone. They said it would be delivered the next day that was a week ago when I inquired by email I only got one response out of the three emails I sent And he said oh my package has been delivered and to check the status. My package had not been delivered and the status still said pending they’re liars. They’re lazy and incompetent. Avoid them at all cost! It’s been almost a month now since my delivery by date and I still have not received my package

I got my item off of temu somehow today it said March 17, 2026 that’s St. Patrick’s day and I thought eh could’ve been better and somehow a miracle happened the item came today I was astonished and surprised because usually it will take long but it seems it wasn’t programmed correctly at the right time.

I have delivery instructions in bold red marker written on my front door. The drivers ignore this which is causing my packages to keep getting stolen. Th company feels that just because photos were taken of the delivery this leaves them unaccountable for the stolen packages

This Company Is A Piece Of Sht I Hope It Goes Out Of Business And Gets So Many Law Sue's Everything Bad Possible I Wish Upon On This Terrible "Carrier" Which Is A Total Scam With Ali Express ... AliExpress Also Has Terrible Products Dont Waste Your Money. It Is NOT Guaranteeed Refund. i emailed these people called everything in the book and this trashy pathetic carrier wants proof that noone's ever able to get.

This company was supposed to deliver a package from England days ago. Apparently, they don't do international deliveries on over the weekend, but this is b******* Now, they say it's held in San Francisco, and they want $4000 for a non inspection certificate which doesn't exist. This is complete fraud, trying to extort money out of me, just like they did for a package that never showed app a long time ago that said they got pulled over by the police. Also, there, this is a lie, a skim company, this company scams, that's what they do. It's a scamming company that won't deliver my package. I would rate a 0 if they had 0 on there, but I put one star because it wanted something, but they literally would conserve the 1 star. This is a Cricket company, they're not legitimate.
As of 3/19/26. still no package, they keep up with the fake non inspection certificate which does not exist for this delivery or any other. It is for "boilers" only. This is the second delivery from theem both times they said they were pulled over by the law? What incompetent drivers they have why have them? I need to get my package.Does anybody have any any helpful information that might help me get?My package delivered from their fake customs in san francisco , which is really ridiculous? Any advice to all our suggestions is very welcome.

I ordered a long dress for my daughter's wedding, got a text delivery between 2/17/2026 - 2/27/2026 then it's said was delivered on 2/16/2026 but never received it, stolen (?) I called 3 times, on hold for 5 - 10 minutes then hung up. I will email the dress company not to use this Swiftx, Very disappointed!!!

Extremely disappointed in my experience via Temu. They sent my package to the wrong address even when I notified them of my correct address. They’re quite unresponsive and when they do respond nothing ever gets done. They’re quite unresponsive worst part is that they won’t give me a refund for not receiving my packages.

Horrible experience. Do not use this company. Package was delayed then tried to deliver after business hours.called them they told me they would deliver in a few days.....Horrible customer service would give negative stars if possible.

SwiftX drivers aren't to smart. My package was placed on top of my my box that says put packages inside the box.

This by far is the worst delivery company in the universe! This is the second time that this company has not delivered my package all because they couldn't locate my address! TOTAL BS! This is completely unacceptable and disappointed, I am sick and tired of it! I don't recommend this delivery company to anyone! ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!

Swiftx is a scam they dont answer the phone they dont deliver on time the claimed they tried to deliver my package but couldn't get in thru the gate I have security they could of left the package with claim they would redeliver and its been a week and still nothing worst shipping place ever they suck.

I got an email from Temu or this company saying that my package was delivered at 9:30am yesterday morning. I caught it right away and started trying to get in touch with someone to show that the correct address was on my package that was sitting on someone else's front porch. The courier took pictures of the house # he left it at but no street name and he took pictures of my package on a little table who knows Where. my correct address is nothing like the # he left it at. They gave me the courier phone number but no one answers until a recording Saying they are to busy to answer phone so go to the website or hotline but when I called the hotline it said the same thing then they hang up on you after you have waited on the phone listening to the same song playing for 20 minutes and when you try to email them it won't let you download the pictures of the mistake and wrong place they delivered it to.. when I track the package # it says it was successfully delivered to me at my correct address.. The Worst part is not being able to reach absolutely anyone at this company.. I mean all day I called and emailed them and I still haven't heard from them .. I messaged the courier Phone # as well and get nothing. I would go pick up my package wherever it is but I have no idea what street this house is on.. I live in a red brick 🧱 home and my package was delivered to a brown stucco house with only the # 3938 to go on and a picture of my package at this house..

This is the worse delivery company. Customer service is almost impossible to reach. I call stay on hold for 20 minutes and the call hangs up. I’ve sent 12 emails I have yet to receive a response. The delivery was to a 24 hr open facility hospital and they say they tried to deliver and it was closed. Smdh just makes no sense. Not to mention there are delivery signs all over the property. I still don’t have my item.
