Came up trumps
So after sending email and message and giving a really bad review - they have actually come up trumps and after apologising that the delivery service had let them down the order is going to be dropped off at my home address tonight. Cannot fault that service - will definitely use again and recommend to others. Well done

First set didn't arrive.
After contacting them about my first set, they sent out a second set recorded delivery.
But arrived as ordered.

Plate arrived quickly, unfortunately there were flaws in a couple of the characters but it was replaced immediately without fuss. Great service.

got my plates sorted out here last minute job went above and beyond to make and fit them within a couple of hours
this was a weekend where they operate an appointment only basis
