An amazing company! I'm a teacher at a school, and we were being given lots of railway sleepers for a garden project, but we had no way of unloading them. I spoke with Nat Donnelly, and she was so supportive and helpful in arranging for a forklift truck to come to our school, and collection of the truck when the job was finished. The whole process was so well managed and slick, we honestly cannot thank them enough.

Just a note to say I was very impressed with Tony in the service teams quick response to help with an urgent puncture repair. He managed to arrange someone on site the next day to get our telehandler back working again. Thank you very much. A* Service!

Exceptional Service from Chris and the STACATRUC Team!
I can’t say enough good things about Chris and the team at Stacatruc! Chris went above and beyond to help us secure a forklift for our business. What really stood out was his dedication to ensuring we could actually use the forklift right away. We were in the process of installing 3-phase power, and Chris made sure we had a workaround to operate the truck in the meantime.
It’s rare to find someone so committed to customer satisfaction. Beyond Chris's exceptional service, the entire Stacatruc team has been a pleasure to work with. Their response time to any questions or issues is exceptional, making the whole experience smooth and stress free.

James was great to deal with when ordering our new forklift, great communication and brilliant suggestions, delivery went really smoothly and they even agreed to part exchange our old forklift. And James after sales have been excellent, he even came out to make sure everything was okay after delivery

a refurb that looked as new
Quick to respond with straight forward clear communication. Attentive but not suffocating, Justin Bianchi was a pleasure to deal throughout. The after delivery follow up with servicing advise was a nice touch. The truck was just as described, a refurb that looked as new.

1 week from inquiring to the truck been delivered….
I inquired by email first and Jarrad one of the sales executives got back to me the next day and offered to visit the site, which he did the next day and when on site Jarrad went through everything and all the different options available to me. Later that day Jarrad sent over information on the truck we had discussed, I made my mind up to go ahead with the purchase of the truck and Jarrad arranged it all while keeping me
Updated on the progress. In all it only took 1 week from inquiring to have the truck delivered. And on delivery day Jarrad was there to make sure I was happy with the truck. Fantastic service will definitely be using them in the future

Great customer service from Konnah
Initial diagnosis of the problem took hours and Konnah's attention to detail was fantastic. After the initial visit, a new issue was found and he arrived within 2 hours of the call, fixed it perfectly and even went out of his way to say he'd get the exact replacement part for the following working days for us, if his initial fix didn't work.

We took 3 flexi trucks for our warehouse. The customer experience was great with friendly service.
After an onsite visit from Justin we were able to secure a fast turn around and delivery. Everything was explained about the truck on delivery. Hit the time line for our relay project due to the swift service.
