I ordered plates, the plates arrived on time and looked perfect. Although it didn't come with any spacing (a legal requirement) I sent them an email asking for a replacement set of plates with the correct spacing, they replied saying that this is how I ordered it. I sent proof that I ordered it with spacing, no reply. I called, someone answered, as soon as he realised it was about that case he hung up and blocked my number. STAY AWAY

Made the order via the website which is pretty easy. Selected the 4d Legal Plates. You will need Documents of Proof after you purchase or say that you have V750 Being sent. Ordered on 16th and Arrived 18th via Evri. I was worried seeing all the reviews on Trustpilot after I purchased and had I have looked here first I may of gone elsewhere but Premium Plates made a Quality Number Plate 4D and delivered very quick so have only good things to say. I did not need to contact telephone or email as the Plates came straight through so I cannot review that side. All in all Very Happy.

I have sent 7 emails, left numerous messages as no one is available on the phone it goes straight to voicemail. My order was placed on the 3rd April for 2 important birthday gifts. MY order was received incorrectly, which would make the plates illegal to use.

The level of communication is 0% and this is unacceptable from any service provider. All I have asked for is a refund so I can order from somewhere else and they are refusing to even acknowledge me.

I will have to escalate this and it’s more about the principle now if I don’t hear back. They cannot be allowed to trade. I am fortunate enough to have a good legal team and social media front.

I imagine I will get an auto reply now saying we apologies please email us at sales. This will prove the message hasn’t even been read.

I really cannot understand why companies do not reply to emails, etc! ordered plates and received an email stating the order will be dispatched with a tracking number,
over a month now and still saying not dispatched, absolute scam, emailed them 8 times now and not one response, 80 pounds for plates that I have not received,
If you are looking at this, then do yourself a favour, go somewhere else, scammers at best!!

Really bad service ordered plate still not turned up after 2 weeks contacted via phone and email no response just asked to leave a message never get back to you going to report to try and get my money back hopefully barclays bank will have better luck (scammers ) avoid them

Shocking customer service... Ordered a set of plates and recieved tracking details relatively quickly. Try to chase up the delivery and cannot get through to the telephone number on the website, Emails say they will get back to you within 24hours and never do. When they do decide to reply it doesnt answer the question asked or they tottaly contradict previous emails.

Wasn't happy with the plates when they arrived as the spacing wasn't right. Have sent a message online and called their number several times. I haven't had a response to the message and nobody ever answers the phone.

Ordered on 23/3/26 before 2pm, paid extra for next day post, and still waiting 3 emails, 1 message 1 phone call to an automated system that doesn't track anything, everything says response in 24 hours, as yet absolutely nothing.
Now disputted, ordered elsewhwere and got them in 2 days

Unfortunately one of the plates that I ordered was slightly damaged on delivery.
I emailed and got a quick response asking me to provide my order number to sort it out. I have emailed several times and rang constantly leaving the required information and can’t seem to reach anyone or get a reply.
I would stay away from this company and would never ever give them my business again 😡😡

Hi ordered a set of plates from premium plates via there website, experience was very easy to do and managed to get a very nice set that I liked, the delivery was excellent and the plates were very nice, already on the new car, thanks everyone, Biggles’s

I have given 1 star as I cannot give less. It has been 11 days and still no plates and no response from them. 2 emails, 1 voicemail and numerous calls that direct me to website. This company are either cowboys, thieves or rubbish at running a company. 0 customer service. Have left a voicemail to request a refund and now I am getting scam calls and texts about deliveries. Thieves and scammers. Do not respond with auto answer asking to email as you don’t respond to that either. All you get is we will be in touch in 24hrs and then silence. Bloody raging at myself for being scammed.

Easy to use website, good email confirmations and easy tracking via evri. Used premium delivery and arrived within 24 hours, well packed and in perfect condition. Bs stamped road legal as requested and they look great. Good value and quality.

Please read this review, I ordered plates online with this company and all was good until confirmation came through telling me what I ordered... They had not included what I had asked for.. Now considering the confirmation was immediate after payment I realised they had not got the order right.. I called within 2 minutes, no answer, I emailed immediately no response. Emailed again and got an email stating plates had been sent.. Now please look at this review? They got the order wrong and wouldn't respond.. Then said within 3 minutes of order being paid for apparently the order had been posted.. Next morning at 0834 got an email from them asking how they could help? I responded straight away,,,, no reply sent another email, no reply,,, sent another email, guess what? No reply... Please stay away from this company....

Absolutely disgraceful service. I ordered a plate and was told it was put on hold until I provided documents, which I didn’t have on me at the time. I cancelled within 5 mins as I found it elsewhere. I followed up with another email 3 days later to get a response saying they never got the cancellation email and the plate had already been printed. They did get my email but chose to ignore it in order to not issue me a refund. Thieves the lot of them.

Sent me a motorcycle plate which was printed in a wrong format and told me I designed it that way, all I did was put my registration in the yellow box on the order form, just wanted a simple plate, no design no frills, got one email after sending 5 or 6, numerous phone calls with messages to contact me, no response now they are totally ignoring me, luckily used my credit card, maybe they can deal with these cowboys, Avoid Avoid Avoid, awful company

Wish I'd looked on here before ordering. Horrendous experience. Day 8 after putting my order in. Still no plates. Tried to phone, waste of time as no one answers or replies to your messages. Tried emailing but was fobbed off twice via automated email. Finally spoke to someone after threatening with fraud squad. Said that it was ready to be dispatched. No sign of Evri having received the plates. Will be cancelling my order and trying to get a refund but not hopeful.

No plates, no response! Avoid!

No after sales contact when the plates came wrong
Then 3 months later they get in contact!
My response is please refund my money as l had to purchase elsewhere.
If they respond positively to this l will report back.

The number plates I've ordered are already beginning to fade..
Will need to be replaced.

Ordered my new plates 7/Aug delivered 9/Aug.
Brilliant service & communication.
The quality of the plates is excellent,
