Both orders ive made the package arrived so well protected which is fantastic coz I ordered a lot of glass bottles. They offer free delivery when you spend over £35 (I believe), shipping is SUPER fast, I ordered before 2pm & got my order the next day.
Prices are so reasonable & they offer so many American products that nobody else seems to offer.
Everything is run by really nice people & as long as theyre in business, ill be putting orders in.

Was skeptical as the limited edition Dr Pepper I ordered is very hard to come by, if not, non existent in the UK. Very happy that it arrived 48 hours later and the blue skull sweets I ordered are so good too! Will definitely be ordering again.

Fast delivery products sent as ordered is good packaging.

Delivery was fast however customer service is poor, a lot of sweets in the bargain box were fused to the wrapper, i do understand they are past the bbe but being fused to the wrapper is not acceptable.
I did email them all i got was "the bargain box are expired" i replied back and heard nothing since.
However that being said the drinks, other sweets and chocolate were absolutely fine.

I have ordered from these folks a few times, and have never been disappointed. They have a great selection, really good prices, and honestly, I think they might be geniuses, based on the brilliant descriptions on the website, and the invariably clever packaging. Shipping is fast, there are loyalty discounts... what's not to love? I will order from them again and again!

This is the second time I have ordered from Sweet Genie. The value is always great and the kids love the sweets (they were for party bags). The packaging is so cute, with personalised labels and ribbons, and the postage is super fast. I won't use any other company other than them now, both times have been fantastic.
