Received my order really fast! And they even phoned me and was polite and helped me with my son’s sweet cones! I will definitely be using this sweet genie for my sweet orders and birthday and Christmas sweets :) thank you again! Lisa

Delicious sweets great service ordered shipped the next day, would definitely recommend to everyone.

So quick and sweets are amazing. Thank you so much. Would definitely recommend.

Great service

Buy these all year round but this is the cheapest I've ever bought them, they came well packaged, and were delivered, within 3 days of ordering, will definitely be buying from them again highly recommend

Took the recipient back to their childhood, brilliant gift. Would definitely order again!

Always a great selection of stuff at a really good price. For example, I mostly buy the singles to go drink mixes for £2.10 each and they go for £5+ on Amazon. Ordering is easy, delivery is quick, and I've never had to send anything back.

Excellent selection at good prices with speedy delivery. Will definitely order again.

I am extremely disappointed with how my returns request has been handled. The company has repeatedly dismissed my rights under the Equality Act 2010, insisting on treating me “like any other customer” while completely ignoring my access needs. As a housebound customer, I cannot print a label or drop off the item, yet they have refused to provide a collection that accommodates my situation, either offering a ‘bring the label’ option with the courier or refunding the additional charges. Insisting that I return the item like “every other customer” ignores the fact that this option is not accessible to me, effectively denying me my right to a refund in a way that respects my disability. This treatment is unacceptable, dismissive, and fails to uphold their legal duties to make reasonable adjustments for disabled customers.

Excellent value for money quick delivery and very well packaged
