The sweet sleep is the one product I always have an extra of in my cabinet so I don't run out! I have used this product for years and now they have reformulated and....it's even better! The new feel is amazing, no oiliness and feels more like a cream. Absolutely love it and the help it gives me with relaxation and sleep. If you've never tried you must! And if you tried before and didn't love the feel...TRY AGAIN!

First of all, I love the product, smells great and feels great.
Second it has really helped my sleep and I am feeling better for that.
Third the customer service is excellent.

Sweet Bee products are beyond amazing!! First the elderberry elixir which I order monthly will keep viruses and colds away, how I know is I've been using it for about 4 months and I work with the public. The magnesium butter puts you to sleep for the entire night, not all do this. Then I tried the Black Soap Cleanser, unbelievable, I've tried expensive cleansers and nothing compares to this one. They have two customer service guys, Kyle and EJ, these guys give exemplary customer service. Highly recommend trying any of these products by Sweet Bee, you will NOT be disappointed.

This is an amazing company. I suffer from night cramps and this wakes me up. Since using Sweet Bee Magnesium Sleep Balm I no longer have cramps, and I sleep really well. It is a soothing balm, which when rubbed into the soles of your feet, absorbs quickly, and works its magic. It is a 5 star product, of natural goodness.

I used this product and loves how it helped with sleep but it definitely stains the bedding even after I allow it to “absorb” for 15 -20 minutes . It also stained my rug where I would walk to go to the bathroom several hours after applying . Therefore I will not purchase again .

I bought Sweet Sleep Magnesium Butter because it was highly recommended by a good friend. I purchased two jars—one for myself and one for my sister, who has struggled with sleep issues for years.

We both love it! The butter is rich and soothing without feeling greasy, and it has become a relaxing part of our nighttime routine. My sister says she feels more relaxed before bed, and I've noticed that I fall asleep more easily. Overall, I've been very happy with the product and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a natural way to unwind before sleep.

Before I had even finished my first jar, I received a notification that another shipment was on its way. I wasn't aware that I had been enrolled in an automatic delivery program. Since I still had plenty of product left, I wanted to return the new shipment. I reached out through the website's chat service, and the customer support team was incredibly helpful. They quickly assisted me with the return process, making it simple and hassle-free.

The customer service was fast, efficient, and friendly, which made a great impression on me. Between the quality of the product and the excellent customer support, I am very happy with my overall experience and will continue to be a customer.

I signed up to a subscription but was not given any reminders or notifications that payment was due.

On receipt of an email on morning of dispatch saying the products were due to be shipped I immediately phoned them (left voicemail as nobody answered) Emailed them and also engaged in Live Chat to advise not to dispatch as I had been made redundant. All to no avail as 4 hours later they dispatched the products anyway, leaving me in financial hardship.

continued attempts at contact lead to me being advised to simply reject the delivery from Royal Mail which I did a few days later.

To my surprise I then received emails “confirming successful delivery” Again I contacted Carlos in customer service and was informed an investigation would need to take place & that a different customer service team would be in touch.

Whilst waiting, I used the online Royal Mail tracking service with my tracking number & it clearly stated that I rejected the parcel and that it was marked as “Returned to Sender” I took a screenshot of this & forwarded to Carlos.

10 days later and still no response from any team at Sweet Bee and no refund.

I contacted Carlos again who had already forgotten who I was and on reminding him was again told that another team would contact me. I’m still waiting so, that shows how they value their customers.

The below is taken from a Sweet Bee response to another disappointed customer, Lisa:-

“We can confirm also we do send emails to:
- confirm you have started subscription
- remind you 3 days prior to your next scheduled payment, in case you need to make changes
- confirmation of payment received, or not if any issues.

If you ever have any trouble cancelling a subscription, we are here to help. We have 24/7 customer service support and we can help you fully manage your subscription from our end upon your request.

Please send us an email so we can look into this and make this right. Perhaps there was a mistake in receiving your email for our notifications.”

They DO NOT adhere to any of the above.

I absolutely love this brand. I have been using it for a few years. Customer service is great and very helpful.

My only negative feedback is that with the subscription it would be beneficial to have a reminder sent out either via text or email a week before your subscription is due to renew.

I really love the magnesium butter and it goes a long way. Gives me a restful sleep. Highly recommend

Exceptional customer service. Easy to reach, patient and polite. I formulate my own products in my lab but as a treat l use this company. I am a repeat buyer. The Glow moisturiser has the best formulated texture l have ever experienced. It’s beautiful. The african soap cleanser is part of my daily ritual as is the magnesium butter. A 6 star ⭐ company.

Order NOT delivered. Emailed carrier who basically said "check your property and ask neighbors". After that, no more responses. Multiple emails to Sweet Bee have gone unanswered over a week.
Filed dispute with my CC and I was refunded and case closed in an hour; which tells me the CC sees a pattern and/or the company didn't dispute.

I love these products. I track sleep with an Oura ring and I can tell that the magnesium butter has made all the difference in my sleep. I bought a trial bundle first and all of the products are magical. I use the elderberry syrup in my morning yogurt, and the face serum smells like a dream.

Super fast delivery, great packaging and amazing products. Second time I have ordered and will be returning. Thank you

I am so happy to share my experience here:

The first product I ordered was the Sweet Sleep Magnesium Butter. I was sceptical at first, but after daily use I genuinely noticed that I was sleeping much better. Within about five days, my sleep had already improved significantly.

The second product is the Sweet Smooch lip balm, which is also very pleasant to wear and leaves my lips feeling soft and soothed.

The third product is the Pure Pits Organic deodorant, which impressed me the most after the Sweet Butter. It’s incredible how refreshed I feel after using it. I particularly like its natural scent, which is not too strong.

These products have become my absolute favourites in my daily routine, and I wanted to share this with you. I intentionally took the time to experience their effects and used them repeatedly so that I could provide authentic feedback.🫶🏻

Beautiful products and fantastic support from the team when I had a few questions. Would highly recommend the magnesium sleep butter for a great sleep and elderberry elixir for picking you up when you feel run down.

I had a minor issue with an order that I had placed with Sweet Bee. From the very first time I communicated with them, I have dealt with the most remarkable customer service department that I have ever encountered. Each time I think I dealt with a different person, but everyone involved was beyond efficient, helpful, responsive, and willing to resolve any of my issues. The product itself is awesome. It has given me restful sleep that I haven’t had in a long time. The Sweet Bee Sweet Sleep Magnesium Butter is an amazing product. I was very skeptical with my first purchase as I have tried several other products to assist my sleep, and none of them were effective. The magnesium butter works wonderfully and I am very happy with the product. I originally subscribed with my first order and at that time there was only one fragrance available. When my re-order was being processed I requested a new fragrance that had just become available. When I called to halt the refill order, they were unable to stop that delivery thus started my contact with customer service. I can’t believe there’s a company out there that works so diligently to assist the customer, and make sure that it is a pleasant experience. I wish all companies handled their customers with the care and positivity that Sweet Bee gives to theirs. The product is amazing, and works as it says it will. The customer service is beyond awesome. I am so pleased that I have found the product. I will remain a very satisfied consumer.

I bought Sweet Sleep Magnesium Butter to help with restless legs and to get better sleep - benefits that they touted. I applied the product as instructed, and was overwhelmed by its odor. The scent was called "Soft Spring" and it smelled like rusty metal springs. The smell was strong and unpleasant, it was impossible to wash off, and I got less sleep. I contacted them immediately; they were very understanding and promised an immediate refund. The next day they informed me they didn't give refunds but they'd be happy to give me more product, or a gift card for more product. I've thrown this product away and am not interested in experimenting with more of their products. This policy seems to only serve the company, not consumers. A consistent response would also be appreciated.

I much prefer using smaller companies like this as you know that as a customer you're more than just a number to them, you're a person. The magnesium butter I purchased was delivered very quickly. It's lovely to use but unfortunately the smell was really not at all nice. So I'm not sure if I will continue to use it. I may have to buy the fragrance free instead.

I did not sign up for a monthly order of your product and yet you sent me 2 magnesium butter jars. You charged me£53.00 which I didn’t agree to.
3 months later I am still waiting for the refund
