Sweet Summer Stillness
I’m extremely happy with how well the Summer Stillness Butter Cream has worked for me. After only two nighttime applications, I noticed a significant improvement in my sleep. I wake up feeling refreshed, not groggy, and if I get up during the night, I can easily fall back asleep.
I also love that it’s made with organic ingredients and soothing essential oils, without unnecessary fillers. I highly recommend giving it a try—you’ll be glad you did!

Never received order; new order defective!
I waited for a month & never received my initial order. Customer service was attentive, responsive, and friendly, which is the only reason for the two stars. The rep resent my order & the facial oil had leaked completely out. So, after over a month of not receiving my order, I now have a defective product. The facial oil was one of the main products I wanted to sample out the Discovery pack. This was my first & probably my last order.

Quality of life improvement
I took Magnesium glycinate by mouth for years for sleep issues. I could never tell it worked! But I absorb this clean delivery of magnesium after applying to my calves and temples! I REST deeply and with more quality. Thank you for this product as I continue my subscription for the rest of my life, I pray.

I just had the very best experience…
I just had the very best experience with Sweet Bee Organics customer service department. I accidentally placed my new order with Sweet Bee Organics UK as opposed to placing my order with the US division of the company. Therefore, I incurred increased shipping fees. Once I realized what I had done regarding my new order, I reached out to customer service and explained what happened, and within 48 hours I received a response email and the company adjusted my original order and transferred it to the US division of the company and refunded me the additional UK shipping fees.
The team at Sweet Bee Organics did this without any hesitation and was very kind and gracious in their response to me.
Thank you Sweet Bee Organics for your excellent customer service that you displayed towards me concerning my order.

A WONDERFUL company with great products…
A wonderful company with great products & ethics. Very quick delivery and great value for money, especially as everything is handmade to quality standard.
The magnesium butter is a perfect end to a day, helping to unwind and the scented ones are absolutely gorgeous.
I received fabulous customer service by Marla, who was extremely helpful, diligent and kind. Ensuring all my questions were answered promptly.
It makes such a difference in a retail world no longer dedicated to giving customers a wonderful experience and making them valued- but Swee Bee Organics definitely goes above and beyond.
I would definitely recommend this brand & its products!

Had excellent service from Marla today. I made a order in error and she quickly sorted it out for me. Also had some free samples promised to me which didn't show up on that order, she corrected that too.
Love my magnesium butter, helps me sleep so well especially since starting menopause. I also love their Glow moisturiser and have started using the Black soap face wash too. Can wait for the natural sunscreen to be back in stock

The sweet sleep is the one product I always have an extra of in my cabinet so I don't run out! I have used this product for years and now they have reformulated and....it's even better! The new feel is amazing, no oiliness and feels more like a cream. Absolutely love it and the help it gives me with relaxation and sleep. If you've never tried you must! Sweet Bee products are beyond amazing!
Sweet Bee products are beyond amazing!! First the elderberry elixir which I order monthly will keep viruses and colds away, how I know is I've been using it for about 4 months and I work with the public. The magnesium butter puts you to sleep for the entire night, not all do this. Then I tried the Black Soap Cleanser, unbelievable, I've tried expensive cleansers and nothing compares to this one. They have two customer service guys, Kyle and EJ, these guys give exemplary customer service. Highly recommend trying any of these products by Sweet Bee, you will NOT be disappointed.

This is an amazing company!!
This is an amazing company. I suffer from night cramps and this wakes me up. Since using Sweet Bee Magnesium Sleep Balm I no longer have cramps, and I sleep really well. It is a soothing balm, which when rubbed into the soles of your feet, absorbs quickly, and works its magic. It is a 5 star product, of natural goodness.

I used this product and loves how it…I gave you this review in March and you are just now replying over 3 months later ? Your product stains everything even after allowing to absorb 30 minutes . I
I used this product and loves how it helped with sleep but it definitely stains the bedding even after I allow it to “absorb” for 15 -20 minutes . It also stained my rug where I would walk to go to the bathroom several hours after applying . Therefore I will not purchase again .

I am sorry to read you have been experiencing some staining, our Sweet sleep is made with Shea butter and mango seed butter to keep your skin lovely and hydrated as Magnesium chloride can be drying. This can cause a slight residue if too much product is applied or if not given ample time to absorb. I would recommend using a slightly less amount of your Sweet sleep and spreading evenly over areas With thicker skin also. I like to apply to my feet and legs and then use any residue on my neck and jaw to help me relax.
