What a joke! NOW they communicate here saying send a photo and reply to them! HOW exactly? You have not responded to my mail sent or any notices sent via my PayPal dispute a week ago either!
ALL links of contact via your website fail to open to enable your customers the chance to report any faults such as the item you sent me being unable to EVER tell the correct time.
I love how they reply here to make themselves look good but actually offer no way of actually backing up their words into action to fix any issues.

Honestly, do not waste your time and money on this site. The products, whilst look great on their site, do not arrive looking anything like what you order.
I purchased a personalized clock for my brother as a Christmas gift.
The item that arrived it not what I ordered, clearly faulty with the hole for the clock mechanism too high up in the numbers so will never tell the time correctly, and as I paid via Paypal, thinking I was protected, I was so very wrong. Paypal favoured for this nightmare of a seller so now I have lost my money!
The website links that say contact us open to a blank webpage, there is no way to report an issue at all and even when using the outlook email that paypal offered me within the dispute, which he replied to them to when I put my information in about this, this seller still has failed to respond to me personally on any level.
This is a £45 lesson I will certainly learn from.
Paypal offers us, the consumer, no protection at all. They claim their payments from your bank as a direct debit, thus meaning our banks cannot help us claim this back either.

Terrible experience! I am asking for refund now they are ignoring me! Wish I would have looked at these reviews before I ordered. Ordered October 10 with 3 day turnaround or so they said. Just received.

Swan gift has sent me a product which has a photograph of some random man (not the photo I uploaded on their website). I have spent hours emailing back and forth and they are still refusing to provide me with a refund.

I sent a picture to have made into an award. It looked like it was 3D, it was actually 2D cardboard and the picture was nothing like my son. Swan did communicate and offer 25% off as I would have to send back to China. 25% off £36 for a piece of cardboard. Kicking myself!!!

I ordered on October 5th for my wives 30th birthday on October 29th. Swangift says 5-8 business days and that is a LIE. I have not received the gift, nor an email that it has even been shipped out! So when will I get this gift? When she turns 31? 32? 33? This is very unprofessional. Do not put 5-8 businesses days when EVERYONE is reporting it takes months. Now the special occasion you buy this gift for is gone… so whats the point of this gift now? And I did Email them. They have not responded. I will never order from this place again.

Think before using this company.
I ordered this item on the 8th October, I had to email them on the 20th as I had not had any communication, I asked to cancel, because it had missed the birthday is was intended for, and within the space of 12 hours, it was in production and had been shipped, convenient!
It arrived on the 30th, the product is poor quality, the picture looks nothing like the person it's intended for, it's incomplete and looks nothing like the online image they advertise.
Trying to contact the company for a refund is like getting blood from a stone, they charged me £37 for the item and delivery, I have been told I am only entitled to a 30% refund.
Lesson learned, I will not be using or recommending this company to anyone.

Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed. Took a very long time to arrive and made of thin, poor quality wood. The face created on the product looks nothing like my son’s photo. Too embarrassed to give to my son, therefore it will end up in the trash. Definitely not worth the money spent, and as a matter of fact not worth 1/8 of the price it cost.

Scam shop! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE
Scam shop!! Do not place an order! Lies about when it is being produced and the delivery. Now they are saying they will only refund me 70% because it was being produced, but in a previous email they said they had not started it. Anyone can give advice on how to remove this scam shop, would be much appreciated. I ordered in plenty of time for a birthday present and now being fobbed off!!
