They show a metal/iron statue type model they will make from your picture. They even claim it takes time to arrive as is handmade. The item took days to arrive and it was a plastic thing sheet with picture stuck on it with metal looking effect. Not even close to the claims, I thought they were pranking me as it was that bad. Stay away from this dodgy site.

Waited ages for delivery spent £101 pound on presents. One didnt turn up. Globe was broken and picture frame was A5 size and didnt play any music, didnt even have the mechanism to play it. Company said they didnt refund as they were custom made. Yeah for my bin...
Eventually agreed to accept 70% refund they sent £22 for the globe.. unbelievable waste of money and time

Absolutely rubbish! Materials used are crap! Doesn’t look anything like the pic I sent in. False advertising! DO NOT BUY!

Shit company I have asked for a refund I thought I was getting a lovely crystal figurine of my recently past parents for my sister’s Xmas present I received a plaque of a flat picture that doesn’t even look like them that looks awful I’m so gutted please don’t waste your hard earned money on them 😡😡😡😡they will give everyone the same reply about sending them a photo if your not happy and there is lots of unhappy customers blar blar blar and they will then go missing so that you can’t get in touch with them and will not get a refund they are totally scammers 😡😡

Would not even give a one star this is shocking biggest lot of rubbish looks nothing like the ornaments you are looking at they are so thin plus I got a different person and took over 3weeks shocked at this I don’t have money like this to spend but because it looked great I wanted this for a graduation please don’t get nothing from this company

This website is a CON…do not use! I ordered a 50th Birthday card a month ago and the website said 5-7 days . The Birthday is gone and the card hasn’t arrived. Demanded a full refund and told to be patience. Absolute joke! Don’t order from them!

I would have given Zero stars if that was an option.
About 10 days back I Ordered personalised gift item for my friends 25th anniversary paying 40£. The order was never delivered , when I chased swangift.order team for the item , they mentioned delays and finally Order was cancelled yday.
They asked me to wait for the re-fund ...and no additional details on when or how much would be refunded. The whole experience was inconvenient and disappointing.

What a scam. My bad for not doin my due diligence. They send 2 d not 3 d, then what more money to redo. Takes way longer to get your junk from them than advertised. Like I said my bad for not looking into them. They dont send a confirmation # or anything buyer beware!

Absolute RUBBISH. Can’t believe I paid top dollar for a piece of printed plastic. This is rubbish products from a rubbish supplier who scams good money out of people. Avoid at all costs.

Don’t bother. Save your money. Chinese tat. Ordered in October. Arrived after 4 weeks. Don’t believe the 3-10 days or whatever it is they quote. Came broken and looks nothing like the pictures we sent in. SCAM cheap plywood with an image on the front

I am writing this review with extreme disappointment regarding my recent experience with Swangift. What should have been a simple process of sending a gift turned into a frustrating ordeal due to a delivery failure, followed by a shocking and unfair company policy.

My order failed to be delivered. The core issue is not just the failed delivery, but Swangift's response to it. I was informed that to get a replacement order sent out, but I'm required to pay an additional courier fee.

This is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I did not choose the courier service; Swangift did. The logistics and delivery are Swangift's responsibility. To penalize the customer for a failure within Swangift's chosen supply chain is a poor business practice that shifts blame unfairly onto thecustomers.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction upon receiving the item I purchased with great anticipation for my mother’s 70th birthday.

I made this purchase based on the images displayed on their website, which clearly show a small sculpture representing the customised figure—let me emphasise, a sculpture—with dimensions consistent with a three-dimensional ornament. However, what received is beyond description. The moment I saw the flat box, I immediately realised something was wrong. It is simply impossible for a sculpture to fit into such packaging.

To my great disappointment, the item turned out to be nothing more than a flat, 2D printed and laminated photograph. I still struggle to believe this is not some kind of bad joke. I requested a full refund for the item. I would never have spent nearly £37 on something so inadequate and entirely misrepresented, especially for such an important occasion as my mother’s birthday.

If you could have a look to the pictures I attached then, I believe no further words are necessary if you compare what you claim to be selling on your website with what you have actually delivered. I would describe it as a clear deception and a complete fraud.
After sending an email with my complain, this was the ridiculous answer I got from them: ‘If you are not satisfied, we are willing to remake a base for you. You will need to pay $15 for shipping’.

I’m still in shock, both because of the request and because of the reply to my email.

I ordered a product from Swangift in early September 2025. Delivery was over a month late, and when I requested a refund due to delays and poor service, the company promised it would be returned within 10 working days. That deadline has long passed, and I still haven’t received my money.

The company initially offered only 40%, which is unacceptable given that they failed to meet their own timeline. I requested a 70% refund, which is fair considering the delays, poor communication, and inconvenience caused.

Based on my experience and many similar complaints from other customers, I cannot recommend Swangift.

The product is fraudulent, delivery was late, and their customer service is despicable — they refuse to honour promised refunds. Avoid Swangift at all costs!

Save yourself the stress

Their response to this review will be the same recycled message they leave on every other review. They clearly don’t care enough to provide a real, personalised response.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Ordered a perspex printed number 18 for my daughter. Paid AUD$50 not including delivery to receive a poorly cut piece of perspex, jagged edges, where the images printed on the reverse side were bright and clear. Unfortunately, the same images on the front were dull and blury. When I complained they firstly tried to blame me, then when I reiterated that the reverse side was much better quality images they offered me $10 refund because they claim it cost them $40 in materials!

If I could give a big fat 0 that's what I would give. Absolute rubbish and a waste of time, money and effort. NOT the etched baking dish that I ordered, just copied my photo and recipe onto clear adhesive sticker and stuck to the dish. They couldn't even do that right, the recipe writing went up the side of the dish. Totally unusable and very disappointing.
After many emails back and forth, I finally got a part refund.
I had to reorder through a reputable Australian company as it was for a present.

Do not buy there!! I got scammed by them recently
The pictures on their website for from reality, I dispute the charge by PayPal and they denied my case because (i just learned) the picture on their website does not have to match to the item they sell, if its similar thats enough.
And they take advantage of this and sell you items that "similarly" looking like their example online

I wish I had seen the reviews before purchasing.. school boy error. £35 for a 2D printed piece of Perspex which isn’t even the photo I sent. This was a gift and the order took over a month to come and is terrible I wish I could upload a photo to show how bad it is.

I ordered a gift for my partner that was advertised as 3D but came as a piece of flat cardboard. I had to provide a picture to be superimposed on the item and I ended up with some other persons face. Tried to get a refund through PayPal and PayPal found in the companies favour despite the above. Basically I blew $70 for something that is bound for the bin. Do not order from this company. They told me I should have read the fine print about the product!!!!

The wrong name was put on my order and it took 6 weeks to arrive. They offered me a 30% refund or they would make a new one and I would have to pay the postage. So unless my niece would like to be called "Tilly" instead of "Holly" I just threw away $50!
