I purchased what looked like a 4d ornament. When it arrived it was a cheap piece of plastic which had been printed on. When I complained, they said they would send a better quality item but I would have to pay a further £15! As I had already paid for what I thought was their top quality item there was no way I was going to be scammed any further. I managed to negotiate a partial refund and threw the item away as it was complete rubbish. I wish I had read Trustpilot reviews before purchasing from Swangift. They are just another cheap scamming company. My advice ( like so many others) - DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, ITS A SCAM!!

I was supposed to buy a gift for my boss. Saw the ad and thought it was an ideal gift for a 50-year old. Placed the order on 11 October received the order on 21st which was not too bad. But to my horror, the picture did not even look 50% like him. The colours of the product and design was not the same as what I saw. The 2nd disappointment received a damaged holder. Guess what when I wrote to them with the pictures and all they offered was 30% discount for a damaged piece. They are no even following their refund policy. Beware SWANGIFT is a SCAM for sure. You dont get what you see and they dont honour their mistake.

Worst experience ever. Totally wasted my money and time. Worst piece they created. I ordered 2 both were damaged and did not match the picture sent. I would like refund for my money wasted

The whole thing was so flimsy....it was for a 30th Birthday but took 2 months to arrive, the 0 was missing so it looked like my son was 3, only the eyes looked the similar to the photo I uploaded and the other facial features looked like the guy on the website, including the hair!!! I complained and they offered to do another one if I paid another $15 for postage .... I'd already paid $65 for the product so have put this down to a bad experience and would never use this company again!!

The communications were good at all times from the seller which gave me trust in placing
/ receiving my order after an initial mistake.
All was well and sorted. Thank you

Hopefully this review will save someone money. Our Grandson, like many is now into dinosaurs. While searching for a gift, we came across this website. Our purchase was a child riding on a dinosaur with a plinth, you could add a phrase I.E Hold on Tight. Their advert shows an example where you can see a photo of the child and the finished product. It looked great. First bit of advice is, read the description. It looks like a resin figurine. £40, uploaded the photo and waited. As the website has a currency at the top of the page (US$), you would think it was an American site, however the company is based in China. Delivery was a lot longer than stated. When the package arrived, the 10” figure, was a flat piece of wood, that you attach to the plinth. The photo of the child looked nothing like our Grandson, his teeth were straight and the face was of another child. A complete waste of money. So very disappointing money down the drain. The company offered 50% refund or another order, costing a further £15 for shipping. Be very careful and don’t touch this company as you will be very disappointed. We were very foolish as we did not check ‘TrustPilot’. A costly error. Hopefully this review will save others the grief and disappointment of receiving a low quality item and the loss of their hard earned money.

Id give this company 1 star because they do respond to emails swiftly and that’s as good as it gets, ordered a Pixar character style ornament and got sent a acrylic picture instead, spoke to the company and they tried to charge me for shipping or accept 50% refund because of there mistake then they refused to send me what I paid for id avoid this company at all costs

Read all customers reviews first …we all cannot be wrong.

As advertised they say product will be made 5-7. Days on their website - absolute rubbish and what followed was nothing but patronising and short poor automated emails.
They did not deliver goods I paid for in time scales they said and had the cheek to offer a bracelet has a goodwill offering of being late when I rejected this and asked for full refund they said would charge 70% of refund for materials costing (this is not in there T&C’s)
Eventually after weeks and weeks I had to open a dispute case with PayPal to get full refund back which has taken approximately 22 days .
I cannot emphasise this enough to all buyers READ THE REVIEWS AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY TOTAL WASTE OF TIME !!!!!

Got the product I ordered in a timely manner no problems at all

Excellent quality well made and excellent communication. Does take a while to be made and shipping is as expected time frame.

Items that’s was sent was awful asked for refund only got 70 per cent back of my order couldn’t give them as presents would never buy from them again rubbish

Don’t touch them with a barge pole. I ordered a glass dome cartoon night light for my sons birthday, it said 5 days delivery but it took 6 weeks so my sons birthday had passed. When I received it the glass was broken so I opened a dispute with PayPal with pictures showing the broken glass, as it’s useless and cannot be used, but PayPal have refused a refund so now I’m £37:43 down, I don’t get it as I provided pictures of the glass and if I could upload them to here I would do, please don’t buy from them as I wouldn’t want anyone else be out of pocket

How this company has more than a 1 Star rating is incredible. Complete, total, utter rip off. False Advertising, Misleading, Fraudulent (until you really really read the small print where the words 2D are written as if to mock you on full exasperated read once you have received the product). Do not be fooled by the pretty pictures - they may as well put a picture of solid gold - you aren’t getting it !! I blame myself entirely for falling for these charlatans… Congrats Swangift - you got me !

I would like to thank Swangift for reminding me that not all business’ are legitimate and professional. And for reminding me to read reviews before purchasing online, as what is offered is not always what is provided, in order to not waste my time and money like I unfortunately did.
On ordering a custom carved woodwork piece, where the photo is meant to be “carved into wood”, “hand painted and burned on natural wood” with “3D detail", I received a piece of wood that had a low quality picture printed, not carved, by what looked like a cheap printer that needed an ink change. In essence, firewood kindling…
On advising my dissatisfaction and requesting a correctly produced item, I was asked to pay for postage upfront (I eventually begrudgingly agreed), but then refused when I was given a new invoice where the postage was 170% of the original postage amount!
I was then given a 50% refund for my firewood…
Credit where due, the time for postage, response in emails and refund was satisfactory.

Sorry but absolute garbage. Avoid this company.
If the company was in the UK, it would have been reported to the Trading Standards Authority for miss selling products and false advertising.
Utterly disgraceful.
The product it self didn’t remotely resemble what the photos show. For £48 I was expecting a figurine and received a cartoon cut out. And just to be sure they distorted the face of the person whose photo I sent. His arms were a different colour to his face.
It was bought as a birthday gift. Might throw it away as I’m too embarrassed to give it. Took a month to arrive and was totally underwhelmed with it.
If the company reads this then you should give me a refund.
If they sold what they advertised, maybe using a 3D printer they would have got better reviews.
My mistake was not reading the reviews before ordering.
No doubt I’ll be getting a generic reply email from the company which will be of no benefit or use.

The picture I sent to put on a figure face had be AI"d my granddaughters eyes were widened, and her teeth had been straightened meaning it looked nothing like her £35 wasted! Don't spend your money here and when I complained I heard nothing, a present I couldn't give

delivery time stated 7 days is not met; For me delays was several weeks. Customer service is very poor: they report getting generic replies (“it’s in production”, “be patient”) over and over, requests for refunds being ignored or refused. Never pay with a debit card!!! This way, you can cancel the transaction if promises are not kept.

I ordered what I thought was a 3d figure of my husband and his car. It arrived as a AI photo printed onto a piece of plastic. It looked nothing like him.
I am so disappointed and I paid £40 with shipping.
I’ve complained to them and all they can offer is a 50% refund
