30% refund is a disgrace
I ordered a gift through this scamming website for a friend for Christmas, when it arrived I opened it to find it looked nothing like the original photo I sent. I asked for a refund, however, as they’re unable to understand English, they asked me to send in the photos of the problem despite having done so twice already. When they finally vowed the photos, they could only offer and 30% refund due to ‘material costs’ and ‘shipping fees’ (despite me paying the shipping fee). They are unorganised, a waste of time and money and are extremely disloyal too their customers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Waited over a month to get the item
Waited over a month to get the item. I thought I was getting a 3D statue on a bass with a metal inscribed plate. It is actually a cheap piece of wood not even stained correctly with a paper sticker on it for the inscribed plate! And the figurine is a flat piece of thin wood that sits in a slot that has no finish on the back. CHEAP!!

I would urge people not to buy from this site, the description on the item I bought rather than a beautifully crafted bronze statue I received a 2d piece of acrylic, eventually they gave me a partial refund but I had to fight for it. The acrylic is now in the bin as I would have been too embarrassed to give as the gift it was intended for.just don't buy from them.

Poor Product Quality and Frustrating Refund Process
I ordered a product from SwanGift that was meant to be a gift, but it was very disappointing. The item I received was poorly made and did not match the quality shown on the website. It looked cheap and felt rushed, which was embarrassing given that it was intended as a gift.
After receiving the product, I contacted customer service to request a refund. The process was frustrating and required unnecessary back-and-forth instead of a straightforward resolution. For a company that markets itself as a gift provider, this level of product quality and customer support is unacceptable.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend SwanGift and will not be purchasing from them again.

I'm afraid I must add to the poor reviews. I would strongly urge people to avoid this seller based on my experience. Carriage costs are expensive in my view and the product I purchased fell far short of my expectations. In my opinion the item is poorly made and highly overpriced for what it is. To add insult I think the after sales service is also very poor.
