Susan Payne Property Anmeldelser

The team at Susan Payne have been friendly, professional, supportive and efficient throughout our property sale. We recommend them without hesitation to vendors and purchasers.

We're house-hunting on the island and spotted a property of interest to us online. We knew the location well, are cash buyers and ready to proceed immediately. We called the agent to book a viewing but were told the earliest they could do was the following Wednesday. So we accepted the appointment, arranged another ferry crossing and travelled down the day before. While en-route we got a phone call from the agent cancelling the viewing as the property was now under offer. We were astonished! We hadn't had the opportunity to view the property or make an offer. We could easily have come down earlier and had the means to bid well over the asking price if necessary. We fully accept that it's the vendor's call as to how many viewings to allow and when to accept an offer but we would have appreciated better service and communication from the agent.

These agents have been fantastic often going above and beyond to make sure the move has kept to the stipulated timescales. I can’t thank them enough for the work they have put in to make sure our move goes to plan . I would highly recommend them .

Communication is critical during the process of buying and selling property, and the staff at Susan Payne Property have been unbelievably responsive, helpful, and have gone above and beyond. A genuinely personal and caring service that truly stands head an shoulders above others.

What can I say, this company is exceptional in every way when dealing with property sales. Our purchase didn't go without it's niggles but they were the fault of the seller and NOT the fault of this company.

I should point out here that I am not the easiest person to deal with, (I can see Jan the office manager nodding in agreement at that comment ;) ), but the staff handled every aspect of the purchase with professionalism and treated us with dignity when the chips were down.

In the end the transaction went smoothly and we are finally in our home. Would I use this company again to sell or buy through? Absolutely!

Would I give the company 10 stars if I could, yes I would.

Will I be moving again? No!

As a buyer you will have to go a long way to get a better agent on the Isle Of Wight, they are dedicated, committed and above all, they are all very nice people!

Thank you for putting up with me and I wish you all the very best for the future.

I can’t recommend this company highly enough. They were so helpful, open and kept us informed throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Five star estate agents. Sold my house quickly. Friendly, reliable service. Lovely people to deal with.

We have had a wonderful experience with Susan Payne Properties. They have been very helpful throughout our house buying journey and we cannot thank them enough!

An efficient and friendly estate agent to work with. Thank you so much for the work that you have completed on my behalf.

This is the second time I have used Susan and her team and it’s the second time they have sold my property at full asking price. I couldn’t ask for more from them, very impressed from the valuing process all the way through to completion. Thanks very much

Personalised service offering what the High Street chains can't. Sold my house in three days.

I have just sold through Susan Payne .I sold within days for the asking price. They were efficient Polite and extremely helpful. They kept me informed fully throughout . The asking price was the higher end other estate agents had quoted . Nothing was ever too much bother for them , Fantastic estate agent would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Susan Payne and her excellent team to sell your home. The whole experience was first class and would certainly use them again.

The team at Susan Payne was professional and supportive from beginning to end.
Special mention to Rachel who spent two hours with us finding out about our home and taking a superb collection of photos. Her written description reflected the artistry of her images and communicated so powerfully to the reader that we had 15 viewings booked within the first two days of the advertisement appearing.
Caroline and Sarah continued the good work, conveying a knowledgeable and expert impression of the house to clients.
Jan, the Office Manager, was always ready to deal quickly and efficiently with any queries that we had about the sale. Our overriding impression was of a close knit team who worked very well together and believed in what they were doing.
Susan Payne and her brother set the tone when they came to value the house, looking for the positives and immediately taking an interest in us as well as in the style of our home. We cannot praise the team at Susan Payne highly enough.

In the last two years I've had the unenviable job of having to get my mother in to a Care Home having lost my Father, heard of Susan Payne and decided to give it a shot.
They worked tirelessly on my behalf chasing all manner of things, best agents' by far, wouldn't hesitate to recommend 👍👍

Choosing Susan Payne Property to sell our home was definitely the right one. Excellent customer care, communication and support throughout the whole process - which took a while! Jan Tooley especially is an absolute diamond. She did, what I'm sure is a difficult job at times, with such dedication and friendliness that it really did feel as though we were her only clients! She always made us feel we'd get there in the end, and I know it was her efforts alone, above and beyond, at times that kept our sale on track. Superb support.
Highly, highly recommend - thank so much Jan & all the staff.

All the team at Susan Payne were so helpful, kind and efficient. It has been a pleasure viewing houses with them and then also buying from them. Thank you for all for taking care of us and helping us to find a wonderful home!
