I received my dress a month after ordering, and it was way too small, and pink instead of beige, very cheaply made and I threw it in the trash. I should have read the reviews first & BELIEVED them!!! Save yourself the aggravation and don't purchase

I order sandals and could swear I ordered gold, but their order confirmation says black and that's what arrived. I didn't even open them and immediately contacted them. Even though their website says "30 Day Money Back Guarantee," they told me that I either had to pay an 80% shipping fee or accept a 15% credit. I'll never order anything from them again.

STAY AWAY - item was nothing like the picture!

I would rate them a Zero if possible.
I ordered a "Cotton Linen 3-piece Bohemian Set". It arrived in 2 weeks after shipping from Georia, USA. All 3 pieces were 100% POLYESTER plus there was a pen mark on the beat of the jacket. Upon reporting this I was fed some BS about having to return the items to China for the potential of a full refund but that it could get lost or could fail inspection and I could get nothing refunded. I knew it would fail inspection bc of the pen mark on the jacket! So it felt like a total set up. When I asked why I was shipping it to China when it was mailed from Georgia, I was told that they are a3-third pay shipping company! So just use Amazon! I asked them why they hadn't changed the p product description knowing that the clothes were 100% petroleum based fabric when it stayed that they were "Cotton Linen 3- piece Bohemian set" and I was told that my concern was passed on. I was only offered a 25% refund after all of this. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Absolutely awful awful service. Spent 200$ on pair of shoes and pair was delivered wrong size and very cheap looking. Not same as picture.
So sad how retailers are taking advantage of our money during this time!!!! Very hard

Warning! Read the returns policy. You can’t return items without paying a high price. They offer you 15% back only. Poor quality clothes fit for the recycle bin. Beware please, the the policy before you buy. I’ve been left well out of pocket.

I paid $90NZD for what appeared to be in the photo they displayed, a very nice, good quality pair of shoes.

They were anything but.

When the shoes arrived I was extremely disappointed. They were very poor quality, the stitching was uneven and they were nothing like what they advertised.

They appear to be rogue traders, advertising quality product but delivering cheap, poorly made items.

A complete rip off. Do not buy from this business, you'll be sorely disappointed.

I am still awaiting a refund.

Absolutely devastated. Was so looking forward to receiving the dress I had selected and when it arrived it was nothing like what is show. This company should be ashamed. Will not fall for it again. Disgusting.

My experience is similar to the other recent reviews. They are based in China, not the Netherlands, Items were TOTALLY the wrong size!!!! I bought 5 items, none of them fit, WAY OFF in sizing and quality (except one item was good quality). For me to ship back with "unlikely we will receive the item, and will not reimburse if we do not receive" tells me even if they got the items they can say they did not, so no refund to me...so I did not spend the $80 to ship it back. They did reimburse me some of the $, but I loose, they have my $, a profitable venture for them.

I ordered a pair of shoes in Size 7 and they sent a size 5 - after nearly 3 weeks of waiting.

First I get a response, just like a similar company, offering me options including paying for postage in order for them to send me a replacement. Now they have asked me to return the shoes at my own expense. Why should I pay to rectify a mistake that they made?

Their conflicting messages makes them suspicious because they could claim that they never received the item.

if I could give negative numbers, I would. I bought the Audrina Dress which is noted to be crafted from a soft viscose-polyester blend, hand wash only, and the description noted it was a "romantic, free-flowing silhouette...while layered ruffle details at the sleeves and hem add soft movement and feminine charm.

Absolute hogwash. It's completely polyester, it feels icky, there are no ruffles at the hem, it does not look anything like the picture and it's made in china even though the "boutique" has an address in the netherlands.

This business is fraudulent - please don't purchase anything from their website!
They take your money and don't deliver the ordered products.
I provided my correct mailing address details and they noted different details.
The shoes were then allegedly with an unknow courier company, who I was unable to connect with.

Susan Michael will not refund me! I am so upset and will never purchase from them again!

Very poor quality. Asking $30 to return a swimsuit . Do not buy from this company.

Do not use this company - returns are to a dodgy address in China. The item i recieved did not look like the photo - its cheap, shiny material. The make returning expensive and difficult, and its likely to cost you more than the item.

Horrible shipping times 9 day to create the shipping label .
Bad costumer service

Horrific experience. Shoes came damaged and they tried to tell me I either had to ship back at a $30 plus charge or take a 15% money back for damaged shoes.

Shoes were terrible quality even if they were not damaged. Took longer to receive then website identified. Website indicated US shipper. Would not recommend this on any level. DO NOT trust this website or seller.

I ordered a formal dress for a wedding. It was pictured on Pinterest and looked beautiful. The dress I received was a different color , cheap material, terribly sewn, no sheer sleeves, no flouncy skirt and no sash. It looks like the outfits on The Handmaids Tale. So incredibly awful. Do not be seduced by this company

Wish I had read these reviews before wasting my time and money. Purchased a jumpsuit that looked completely different to the photo used to advertise. Material was cheap and nasty and when I requested a refund apparently it was during a sale time which is happening every week. So it is impossible to request a refund even though their site states they will be happy to refund as shown below. They are frauds. Please save your money.
