I have bought 15 tops
I have bought 15 tops, blouses and jumpers in past year and been pleased with all. I am a medium and of the ones I bought last year one medium was too large and I was told I did not need to send it back and they sent me e small for no charge and no delivery charge. This week a medium I got was too tight and they said keep it and they will send me a large and no postage. Mine usually arrive 6 to 8 days after ordering so I have no complaints

Ordered some dresses for my holiday 2 weeks ago only just received and there absolutely awful. I'm so disappointed as from the pictures and the read up of the items they looked lovely, the quality is cheap and unwearable. The charge to return is basically the cost of the product. I hope you choke on my money.

i first saw this clothes company…
i first saw this clothes company promoted on face book, so i ordered two supposedly linen trousers costing £50. They took ages coming, on enquiring to yodel i found they were coming from abroad,?china. Finally after lots of emails they arrived. I am bitterly disappointed, very poor quality, although on labels it says 60% cotton, 40% linen, they most definitely are not,one is a shiney material,looks like nylon,one is like cheesecloth, both have a strong chemical smell. On the website the reviews are good, however i have since looked on face book and reviews are all bad, from reading these i realise returning them and asking for a refund is futile as many are waiting months,and surprise surprise no returns labels! I feel they should be reported to the trade descriptions, is the material even safe, could be highly flammable. Face book need to stop promoting Susan Julie. For me lesson learnt, only reputable brands of quality from now on.

I ordered 3 tops from this company 12 days ago but have not received the blouses. I am not impressed & will not be using again!!. They gave me a tracking number for Yodel but on contacting Yodel they state they don't recognise it!! We've sent an email giving them 3 days to react. Avoid

Like many others the top I ordered does not resemble the photo or product description. It does fit and I probably will wear ut but material is thick so not a summer top as advertised. It took 3 weeks to arrive but company did respond to emails.

I ordered multiple items from this store and when they arrived the quality and look were absolutely nothing like they look online.
I then posted them back (the address was a house in China NOT A BUSINESS)
It cost me £32 to return the package and then I was told that they never received my return.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Would give them a minus 1000 if I could!
Advertising as in the uk but WHEN YOU RETURN ITS A HOUSE IN CHINA!!

Avoid! total scam! I was very disappointed with this…
I was very disappointed with this jumpsuit. The quality is noticeably poor, and the sizing runs quite small. I ordered a size Large, but as a tall woman, the fit was extremely uncomfortable—it's clearly designed for someone with a much more petite frame. This was not what I expected based on the product description. I sincerely hope the company will provide return labels and a full refund at their expense, as this purchase did not meet expectations.

I cannot understand why there are so…many bad reviews
I cannot understand why there are so many bad reviews. I have used this company for a couple of years & yes I’ve had the one picking mistake. Considering I’ve ordered at least ten times with them. I normally buy my clothes at M&S as I am quite fussy about quality. Which is why I’m bemused.

The dress I ordered is nothing like the dress I saw on line ,there are numerous complaints all stating very similar complaints.They are then told to send items back at their own expense to China which I assume will cost more than the price of the articles.I am going to take this matter further.
