Stephen was extremely through, taking around 3 hours to complete the in person survey. The report was extremely detailed and easy to understand. Stephen also took time to have a call with us to talk through the findings and offer some recommendations of next steps.

Survey Hut communication were second to none, they worked quickly through all parties and arranged the date of inspection. Once the survey was complete the turnaround for the report, which was both indepth and comprehensive was amazing.

Very surprised at how detailed the report was.

I got a level rics 2 and feel like I got excellent value for money. Very knowledgeable - picked up on things I never imagined.

I did not choose to renegotiate the home price based on the report but I can see how people can save thousands.

I also know what improvements I should make over time.

Was offered a phone call to discuss the report and any questions I might have. Also they kept in touch. It was all very easy.

I booked a Level 2 survey upon the recommendation of a friend who had used Survey Hut.

In the initial phone call, and then all the way through, James was friendly, polite, professional, and very efficient.

The booking process was super fast, organised, and absolutely spot on.

I wanted an alternative method of payment and that was also sorted with no issue.

After the initial phone call, the rest of the communication was via email (which I prefer) and as fast as messaging.

I didn't go ahead with the survey due to a change of circumstances, and the refund experience was just as good. No messing about, no delays, no hard sell, no drama, just a straight refund into the bank account within 24 hours.

Honestly based on just that I would definitely recommend Survey Hut and I know that I will have no qualms in using them in future because it felt safe and trouble free.
