3. Report in 3 working days - to have one less thing to worry about and to reduce the risk of your chain falling through we issue our reports within 3 working days.
4. Free post survey call - a long report can be daunting. We arrange a call to go through it so you understand it and can ask questions.

I recently had a property valuation carried out on my house by James from Survey Hut. The entire process was handled professionally from start to finish, and everything went smoothly. James was knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to clearly explain the process. The service was excellent, and I felt the fee represented great value for money. I would happily recommend Survey Hut to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property valuation service.

Good communication throughout. Really positive to be able to have a phone call with the surveyor to discuss his report. Very positive experience compared to another recent survey we had undertaken. Rob Milne was excellent in his verbal feedback, advice and support.

Very simple to use and stayed in touch…
Very simple to use and stayed in touch through the process, they arranged for Camsure Homes Ltd to conduct the survey, it was possibly the best £500 I've ever spent, saving 10's thousands in hidden costs in suspected subsidence and failed window lintels causing internal wall cracking. Always get a survey!

Didn’t understand it all, but James offered a call & we went through all the concerns & items I didnt understand.
Survey also helped us negotiate a lower price on the property.

We used Nathan Lamptey and he was…
We used Nathan Lamptey and he was excellent. More than just a report, he made time to call straight after the survey as a courtesy call, checking in with findings. Then he also took a teams call whilst on his day off. Excellent surveyor and first class customer service.

Valuation for shared ownership sale
I needed to get an independent valuation for selling my shared ownership property. Survey hut were by far the most value for money for this. Great efficient service, friendly staff, good communication from start to finish and when an issue arose later that I needed help with again they were prompt and able to help me with this which was much appreciated.
