2. Drone Survey - we can use a drone to inspect hidden areas to give you an accurate and detailed report.
3. Report in 3 working days - to have one less thing to worry about and to reduce the risk of your chain falling through we issue our reports within 3 working days.
4. Free post survey call - a long report can be daunting. We arrange a call to go through it so you understand it and can ask questions.
5. Regulated by RICS - the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) hold us to the highest professional standard. You know you'll get a quality report.

Thorough, friendly and very informative
Had our survey completed by Jonathan Howson and it was all handled expertly. The survey itself was incredibly thorough and helpful, but the real icing on the cake was Jonathan talking us through the survey on the phone. He spent over 45 mins talking through the different parts of the survey and helping me understand it fully. Fully recommend

A thorough, professional and clear survey report with pragmatic feedback
My partner and I are first-time buyers that requested a level 3 survey on a semi-detached property through SurveyHut in the Manchester area. We organised the survey with Riz through the company who was very helpful. It was easy to navigate SurveyHut's portal online, monitor the progress up to the date of the Survey and even flag whether there were elements of the property we were interested in getting further information on.
Our surveyor was Carl. His final report was highly detailed, clearly written and summarised extremely well each aspect of the property my partner and I were interested in. We were happy with the content and images that accompanied each section. We felt the report clearly outlined the conditions of each element inspected in the property.
Within a week from when we were given the report, we booked in a consultation session with Carl on the phone, who answered questions we had regarding conditions of certain elements investigated, and clarified other queries we had. He was friendly and his feedback was very clear to us, who have no background in building surveys.
My partner and I highly recommend SurveyHut for their professional services.
